My first time. I went on a spur of the moment. I was in bad mood coming in, but left happy. I was nicely greeted on entering. I apologize to the gentleman at the counter for taking so long to order. I explained first time. I had a regular burger with all thr fixings, fries, and drink. Great assortment of drink choices and add ons for the fries. Impressed with the burger really fresh ingredients. Cost is equivalent to one of those fast food chains, but the quality is far superior. I'll definitely be back. Great choices for chicken sandwiches & salads.
They’re not wrong… this place could seriously become a habit. The food here was incredible! They had some gourmet burgers that definitely did NOT fail to impress us. We had these garlic butter Brussels Sprouts as a side. They were amazing. My only complaint, it took a while to get through the drive though. Definitely reccomend 9/10
This place has a great burger that tasted fresh and yummy! I had the portabella mushroom burger and it was delicious! The fries and onion rings were crispy and had good flavor. The fries especially were potatoey and not empty feeling. The fry sauce was great - and I’m a picky fry sauce person! Would definitely eat here again.
I was actually really sad with the service tonight expecting so much better from what we’ve heard about Habit Grill. The girl taking my order was short with customers and seemed upset to be working there at all. I was in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. And when we finally got our food, it was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for 30+ minutes. It tasted like (if it was hot) it would’ve been pretty good. I’d just give it 2/5 stars because I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon. I understand that things are rough lately trying to get people to work, and the quality of workers is sub par… so I’d maybe give them the benefit of the doubt.
Good Burger and fries and the $1 cone is a great value. They are usually busy but the wait time is reasonable.
The food is great. I recommend the BBQ chicken salad. It's really good. Their cheeseburgers are decent too. Their prices are really good. We can feed a family of 4 for around $30. Also the strawberry limeade is delicious!

As soon as we pulled up to the window the lady taking the orders was very rude. She acted as we were a burden for ordering and asking questions. We wanted to know what the price was for the patty melt with and without a combination. She got all huffy and told us. Then she asked what we wanted to drink. I explained we didn’t want the melt at all and then rudely asked if we were going to order anything. I asked for ranch with the order and was told that I had to wait to ask at the window. Pulled to the window and it was the same person I talked to at the box. Her entire attitude was very off putting and we won’t be back.
The Santa Barbra Char never disappoints! Fresh ingredients, melted cheese, and delicious burgers. Service was exceptional, and the food was just as good. Always a great experience at the Habit!
Great food, but the service last time left a lot to be desired. The cashier who took our order did not seem to want to be there at all. She took our name for our order to call it when ready. We waited for about 20 minutes with no food. I saw an order sitting on the counter so I went up to ask if it was ours (they never called out our order). The same cashier that took our order said, "I think so?".The food was luke warm because it had been sitting on the counter for a while. I thought maybe we made a mistake and were supposed to wait at the counter for our food, but 5 minutes after I got my food they called out the order of another customer over the intercom.Train your cashiers to have decent service and SMILE!, and when you have a customer order CALL their name out and give them their food! Don't just leave it out on the counter to get cold!Edit: After my bad experience I was given 3 coupons for free charburgers, so I decided to give them another chance last night, and I have to say I was very impressed. Much better customer service, and order receiving process. The food was fantastic as well. 5 stars for you guys!
