One of the greatest breakfast joints in the area. Went to the Boise location and was extremely surprised by it being gone. Today's waitress use to work ther there and said too many call outs by other wait staff @o had to close. One of the best children fried steaks I have eaten. My friend did enjoy meat lovers omelet. When we left there were a dozen people waiting for entry to the now packed Cafe. Great service.

Food was delicious, hot and fresh. The service was great and tip worthy. Although it's a smaller building so the dining table and chairs was a little too close to the next table. Not much room between you and the stranger behind you.
Today was our first time trying out the Egg Factory and it did not disappoint. My husband and daughter both got burgers and fries and I got a chef salad, something I’m quite partial to. We all loved our meals. The bacon on my husband’s burger was thick and crispy. The fries were also delicious. The place could use a bit of a cosmetic touch up but it didn’t detract from the experience at all. The service was also great. Our server Becky was gracious and friendly, which makes the meal that much better. Will definitely be going back.

Breakfast was yummy! The country fried steak breading was crispy and delicious and my pig out scrambled was wonderful. It had big chunks of smoky meats. It was really good. All the servers were super friendly. It was a great experience. Would totally recommend
Always a good place to eat. The prices are reasonable and you get a lot of food. There's a variety of food, but mostly a breakfast type menu. Employees are very friendly and helpful. There's an outside seating area for good weather. This place is one of my favorites and my grandkids like it too.
Stay away! There’s better food elsewhere. The owners are crooked and could care less about taking care of their employees. For example, they closed their state street location without telling its employees! Just closed the store, no warning, wouldn’t call employees back, avoided calls from employees and left a dozen or so people unexpectedly unemployed! Who does that?! They also ask their employees knowingly exposed to covid to continue working! You’ve been warned. Spend your money and time at a different local restaurant, where everything isn’t frozen or expired. Shame on you egg factory!
It was like stepping back in time, to a wonderful place. The Egg Factory will remain as the best place to have a meal, in the Treasure Valley, for me. The Service is second to none
