Fish and chips very good 5 pieces of fish and the chocolate brownie and ice cream was over the top delicious ?
We’ve been wanting to try this place for quite some time and it wasn’t a great experience. The food was decent, my steak came out with lots of pink, instead of it being well done (like I asked for). The server we had, Jefferey was not very enthusiastic at all. He acted like he hated his job and had the worst attitude. He asked me if I wanted a box (when I had scraps on my plate), but didn’t even ask my boyfriend who had half his burger and his fries left over. He never even asked if we wanted dessert, just brought out the check while we were still eating. Which we did want dessert, so having him do that totally made us feel rushed. I get it, I used to be a server too, and you have your bad days, but bringing a negative attitude to work is something I would not do. You’re the person the guest interacts with the most, so if you have a bad attitude, not only will you lose money due to a low tip, but you’re making that experience a bad one, which will make them not want to return. Leave everything at the door and do what you’re getting paid to do.
My husband & I came Saturday for a late lunch.Our server was AMAZINGI believe her name was Autumn.She was patient friendly, she answered every question. She gave fantastic meal suggestions as well.This girl needs to be recognized!Ourr meals were delicious as well. Cant wait to come back again.
I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken sandwich with onion rings and the Mac and cheese bites. The onion rings came at an extra cost. The portion was quite small for the cost, only 4 onion rings. There was no sauce or condiment of any kind on the chicken sandwich, so I’m not sure what “whiskey glaze” means but there was no sauce whatsoever. The Mac and cheese bites were inedible, they tasted like soured cheese and were awkwardly laid on a bed of white cheese and bacon bits. I wouldn’t recommend.
The first waitress we got was very curt and acted annoyed that we asked to not sit at a table right by the kitchen. There were no doors and it was very loud. I hadn't eaten there in awhile and they had modified the menu considerably. Of course, the items that they had omitted were the ones I usually ordered. My sister is a vegetarian and there were no options for her. She ended up ordering the kids meal of Mac and cheese and French fries. The waiter was kind enough to let her order off the kids menu. He was very kind and took good care of us. I don't believe that I will be going there in the future. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the kindness and good service the waiter gave us.
Best experience ever. This Friday was so busy everywhere with 45 min waits at every restaurant. We called here and talked with Ethan the host and he had phenomenal service. We asked him to hold us a table with a high chair and right as we showed up he had our table ready with a high chair and our menus ready to go. With no wait.
Great food! Big proportions so you can take home some of your meal. Our waiter was very kind and got us drink refills constantly. Half the time we didn't even notice that he got us refills. This is a good sit down restaurant.
WOW, I am getting older and everything I knew as a kid is going out of business Except this one! It is nice to come HOME, Good food, Good service, Excellent owners of this restaurant. Owner is so friendly and really cares about his customers. If you have an issue he WANTS to know he said. He wants his customers to be regulars and to trust him!! He will I return try his best to always make us all happy. WOW who does that THESE DAYS!!!! NO ONE.
Great service, food was good, everyone was happy.Even our to go meals for home were enjoyed complaint free!Nice to have a good experience with so many shortages. They were all happy staff.
The food was really great!! However, our service was disappointing. When first seated, the hostess didn't bring us silverware while seating us and our server, nicole had to bring us some after our food had already been delivered. Also she was not very consistent. She only came to our table 3 times and rarely checked on us. It was busy, so we tried to give benefit of the doubt, but she didn't turn around like we had hoped she would of. She went to one table multiple times instead of visiting her other tables equally which we didn't find fair to her other customers. When we were finished with our meals, we had to wait longer than we should of just to get her attention so we could give her our card to pay. When she came back, she started coughing at our table... not the greatest experience but again the food though, was amazing.
