I order my food and forgot to get a drink. Lady doing drive thru is the only one who can run register and seems put out helping me since is doing drive thru. When my food comes I ask for a drink and they call her over and takes my money and walks off leaving me holding my food with no cup to get my drink and I'm saying excuse me can I get my cup twice. Besides that my burrito Supreme had beans all on the outside...so messy and nobody was friendly. This used to be my favorite Taco bell...not anymore

Ordered online yesterday 7/23/22 went to the lobby lice the app said and doors were locked so after waiting in line to get to the speaker I was told they didn't have my order! I looked at the app and it said it was ready. So they said they can't do anything about it.I thought maybe across town to the other bell. Same results now NO FOOD, LESS GAS IN MY TANK, and I'M OUT THE MONEY THAT WAS ALREADY TAKEN!!!Don't order online people.Betos is better anyway.

Taco bell is going out of business. They can't keep staff to keep lobby open and drive thru lines are longer here than waiting at the DMV. Eat at your own risk. Btw their online menu features warnings regarding sodium and california warning prop65. Again don't eat here. Every location is like this. Please just do your customers a favor and close shop already. No reason that the customers should suffer.

I’ve learned to always check my order at any Taco Bell I go to because the chances of them getting my order wrong are higher than them getting it right. Anyways, I came through the drive thru at this location, they forgot two of my tacos so I had to go back around since their lobby is closed and the guy at the window was super nice about it, they gave me my missing tacos plus two additional tacos and lots of cinnamon twists. Overall my experience here was pretty good, not to mention they gave me lots of sauce like I asked instead of 1 packet per burrito/taco.

I have had good experiences with this Taco Bell in the past but it seems they are short staffed. The drive through had about 10 cars in it so I decided to go inside. It took them about 10 minutes to get my order taken with only myself at the counter, even after two employees looked at me for that long before yelling for counter help. They had 1 employee taking drive through orders (Blaze) and two making food. Blaze took my order and was a very nice guy and a good employee. Overall they usually get my order right and give a sufficient amount of sauce packs.

I don’t typically expect much from a Taco Bell, but the guy named Blaze working the drive thru was awesome and made sure my order was correct, and the food was actually really good. Thanks for the good experience!

Food is good, the problem is with the staff and restaurant itself.Their hours are an enigma at this point, you can be out running errands at noon, and they're still closed. Sometimes they'll close as early as 5 in the afternoon, I know staffing issues are rough right now, but I didn't think they were that bad.The staff are either great, or they got some type of complex. I know it's part of the training to ask people to do the survey, but some of these people take it way too seriously, this one lady at the window asked me if I wanted to fill it out, I accidentally said "No". Her answer to this, before I could correct myself, was to shut the window immediately, then almost drop my food on the ground, barely holding the bag with the tips of her fingers, she didn't even answer when I said "Thank you", twice. At this point I just have to lie that I'm going to do it so I can get my food more quickly.Maybe until the pandemic fully ends, skip this Taco Bell, they got a lot to fix. The one on 12th seems alright though.

4/23/22 I am currently employed at the Subway across the street from this Taco Bell, and many of the employees come in. From what I have heard, the hours (closing in particular) can vary every night. Blaze is one employee that keeps coming up every time. Everyone hates Blaze. I assume most of the reviews that mention bad customer service probably have to do something with Blaze. Or the entire staff is lazy (they seem like really nice people). Overall, without a solid schedule of closing, we actually get complaints sometimes that "Taco Bell isn't open". Whenever I look over there on my shift, it always looks dead. Must be nice to get paid 14$ per hour and close whenever.

Out of both encounters in the last two weeks, I've had no issues at allA. First visit was a nutty day. Tons of people at the drive thru in front of me. Wait time was less than 10 mins. Kudos on the quickness. No issue with food. Yesterday I was behind one car, ordered and they reassured if everything was correct on the screen! Very polite and once again got what I ordered and gone in less than five mins!!

I they messed up the order, but I still need to take the receipt back to Amanda and get the items that were missing and wrong. The young guy at the register totally missed the soft taco I ordered for my mom so she ate my burrito that was missing sour cream.
