I have been eating at Sunrise Inn for over 25 years. In all that time I have never had a unpleasant experience tell today. I have never been treated with such disrespect by anyone especially a waitress. I understand that you're business is stressful and short-staffed currently. However the mannerism and customer service I received today was unexcusable. I waited in line with the other customers waiting for a table. The first waitress told me to find a table so I did. Sat down the waitress working the section acknowledge my party and said she would be right with us. Out of know where a third waitress started yelling at us for sitting down and not waiting. I attempted to explain the situation she refused to hear us out. I have never been so embarrassed. The waitress said we needed to get up and wait back in line. I will never return again..
Shawna is the best server ever..she really makes us feel special when we eat in there and she takes care of her customers/regulars. Sunrise has the best fried chicken sandwich. They have the best prices in town. You eat for 2 for 20 dollars or less. Always fresh and hot with friendly service from everyone.
The food is great looks good taste good visually appealing but the waitresses could care a little more about the customers that come in and it's not just another table

They customer service was great and very accommodating. Serving portions were good and delicious.The location does need updating and banquet seats are in need of repair but overall our experience was great due to the food and our server.
Fast friendly service. Allowed to to eat something warm while waiting for the bus so I didn't have to wait in the snow. Love the biscuits and gravy. Yummy!
Had the biscuits and gravy breakfast, was tasty but overpriced at 11 dollars. Coffee was not very good, almost tasted like you dropped a bean in hot water. Overall service was good and food came out quick.
