One of the workers blew into her plastic gloves to get them to open. Clearly she doesn’t know how germs are spread.
Resturant super clean. The girl checking us out with the braids was super nice to us and my son. Food was good too.
The quality of food was good, but the service was not great. The two guys working when I went in didn't even acknowledge me coming in and there was only one other person in the restaurant. They were both slow and seemed unsure of how to talk to people. When it was my turn to order the guy just stared at me and didn't ask or say anything. It was a very strange, uncomfortable, bad customer service. The manager should never have those two work together. I went in 6/27/22 between 4-6pm.
You might want to let them know you have a coupon before you order if that's the case. We just got a coupon in the mail and ordered our sandwiches and they told us that they wouldn't honor the coupon because they were in the middle of redoing their menu. The coupon wasn't for a specific sandwich it was just for a deal on two sandwiches of any type. Had we known they wouldn't have honored the coupon we would have just eaten at home. I know it sounds Petty, but these days 7 dollars on lunch goes a long way.
The workers made the best sandwich I have ever had at a Subway! The one doing the mayo and mustard didn't squirt a huge blob on one end and I was so happy about that!!?
This was probably the worst experience I've had with a fast food restaurant. We walked in an hour before close and the person behind the counter hid from us, then popped back up when another employee walked in. They had already closed the line and had to bring everything back out. The person making our sandwich was purposefully grabbing the wrong things so we had to tell him twice. He would just stop and stare at the sandwich multiple times as if he had no idea where he was. At the end, he pretended to put my money in his pocket as a crude joke. Managers or owners, if you are reading this, and I hope you are, this was on Saturday May 28th around 6pm. The man had tattoos and was wearing a white and black hat with a tag still on. I'll never eat at Subway again.
If I could do a 0 I would the staff was so rude my family was getting ready to order and a young man and young lady said that we couldn't order because we have a family of 6 so I left and went to a better subway that didn't have a problem making my family sandwich.
Needed to make a 10 sandwich order and tried calling several times over the course of 30 minutes. The call would go to voicemail or be rejected. Decided to walk in and order, I was turned away by the lady working. Next time answer the phone instead of turning away business.
Went there at 6:30 on Sunday, online says they close at 7 and sign on door says they close at 7 but doors were locked. Was pulling out when I saw the 2 employees smoking at the back of the building, guess they decided to close early so they could smoke...
We just ordered our sandwiches and one of them was the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich, I asked the girl if she had ranch dressing for the sandwhich she picked up the ceaser dressing and said it was ranch, I said are you sure? She smirked and said yes. She put it on the sandwhich and when we hot home sure enough it was ceaser. We eneded up tossing the footlong we payed 11.00 for it just tasted weird. Tried to call to see if they would take it back and just make us something else but no answer just keeps ringing. Hopefully management reads this and trains the employees to understand the difference between ranch and ceaser or at least change the name of the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich if they really don't have ranch.******Respose from corporate*******I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience. At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service. We do not have Caesar Dressing so it was probably not Caesar. Out Ranch we have is a peppercorn ranch. Next time you are in you should ask for a sample of it.Thank you for being a loyal Subway® customer and we look forward to serving you again in the future.TravisCustomer service rep from corporate.Dear Travis,I just spoke with the acting manager at the location we visited earlier today. So I invite you to call and speak with them about your miscommunication in your products she assured me the label read creamy ceaser. I'd be happy to ask her for a picture or take one myself. It's strange to me that your "peppercorn ranch" would read creamy ceaser in the first place...that's why I asked the girl twice if it was ranch. ?
