If I could give no stars I would. Came in and everyone just stared at me took over 5 min to even get my order everyone was standing around just staring … no one was in line in store just me and my daughter . 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend this location.
Mess up my drink every single time. You guys are so slow I don't understand why there is always a messed up drink. I think the staff needs a little more coffee and a little better ethics.
When ordering my drink they where confused on what I wanted. I have ordered it many times in the past and was told they can't make it, so instead I ordered a drink that was to be about the same. Wasn't happy with it. I don't like to change my drinks, I find one and stay with it. Otherwise the place was clean and the help where friendly.
This is a review of this location not Starbucks. The crew here is always very friendly and my moible order is always make 100% corrects
The location on 12th in Nampa needs to shut down for a day and spend that time training their newer employees on how to make the drinks. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gotten a drink that was just disgusting. To be more specific, the coffee tastes Charred. My niece suggested I just have them re-make it, but if you don’t know how to make it right in the first place, then I don’t see how the 2nd time will be better. Seriously, management needs to spend some time taste testing what they are sending out to the public.
I want to kiss all the workers there, they were down to only one working oven because apparently everything was falling apart that day, they were super busy in the drive thru and lobby, when I asked to warm up my snack I was told about the oven and I was okay with not having my snack warmed up since I didn’t want to hold up their line :) when I got to the window, they told me they warmed up my snack anyways and it absolutely made my day and I love th, thank you
If the drive thru is full you can't even get to a parking spot to go inside. Worthless location
This place has definitely gone down hill, some of the baristas are sweet but some need attitude adjustments. I’ve slowly stopped coming here for these reasons. Also prices are getting higher and taste isn’t getting any better. It’s like higher the price, lower the quality. I try to avoid this place but it’s right next to the freeway entrance that I need or normally I just go to Human Bean.

Stopped in yesterday and didn’t realize my drink was accidentally made incorrectly until I was a few miles away. Called to let Sydnee know, but also told her I had to drop groceries off before heading back over for a new drink. She was incredibly understanding and told me “no rush.” Upon my second arrival, they remade the drink to perfection. By far the best customer service out do every Starbucks in the Treasure Valley.
