Charmain (Charm) is an amazing employee!! We realized too late that we ordered food 5 minutes before closing, but she was so kind and thoughtful about it. She not only gave us our order, but she also gave us coupons for the longer wait because the stove had already been turned off.Charm is an absolute legend, please give her a raise.

Quick service and good food. They shorted our order of tater tots. We paid for 2 meals but only received one full meal.
Ordered from the app today and could not have been more disappointed. The buns on our burgers were fully cold and the burgers themselves were room temp. They left out the sauces we ordered.
They must have been having a bad day... the service was non-existent. I pulled up in the middle of the afternoon around 2:00 or 3:00 on a Saturday and just wanted to get an iced tea. Since a multiple cars in the Drive-Thru I pulled up to a CarHop space. I pushed the button and waited 10 minutes for someone to come on and tell me, and I quote, 'thank you for stopping I do need to let you know that there's at least 20-minute wait for service.' When I queried 'For everything?' and as I was saying 'I just need an iced tea' she cut me off and said 'YES'. I understand the frustration of being slammed with business and probably short-handed, however, it was a very rude response and a lackluster interaction. I spent the majority of my young life working in the service industry specifically waitressing and retail and I've also managed businesses... I've seen good employees come and go and sadly, bad employees come and stay. This person does not belong in this industry... don't know how old she was, don't care. Her attitude was unconscionable and rude. Sonic has long been one of my favorite places to go for a big tall drink because I love their ice but I am sad to say from my interaction with this one snotty little girl, I do not intend to return to that specific store next to Target in Nampa. In fact, based on this interaction I'm having serious doubts as to whether or not I even wish to return to any of them.
For starters, it seems like every single person that works at this location has a chip on their shoulder and they take it out on the customers. I’ve never experienced good service at this Sonics, ever. Every single time my fiancé takes me to eat there we are made to feel like we are nothing but a burden to them and they aren’t shy about showing it. If my fiancé makes a quick run over to pick us up some milkshakes or whatever it may be that we are craving at the time, they treat him Terribly. THEN one time we ordered online and put in that we would be walking right over to pick up our order (we live incredibly close) my fiancé had ordered us both a large Ocean water to go with our food and when he got there to pick it all up they didn’t give him our drinks. He was told that “ocean water isn’t available to order when ordering online” I still don’t even know what to make of something ridiculous like that.
5/09/2022 - 4 StarsCOVID staffing issues are causing slow service most everywhere we go, here is no different. Strange to see a Sonic with all the stalls closed off. We got our food in a very reasonable amount of time. We stopped here as we were passing by on a trip.We had the breakfast burritos - they were wonderful, my first time to try this item from this brand's menu. WILL BE GETTING IT AGAIN FROM MY HOMETOWN SONIC
Even tho I love sonic slushes, I don't really like going to this sonic. The employees are great, but they're always backed up since all but 4 stalls are closed; which only leaves their drive thru open and the line is always so long, past the restaurant even.It's too bad too since I'm usually always around this area for work. I hope they open some stalls soon ?
The food was great. All of the parking stalls were roped off but 2 of them. One of them was the handicap parking spots. They said they don't have any help. The whole setting was sad. It looked trashy.
My kids went to pick us up some dinner this evening and the staff was extremely rude to them. Tried to rush them as they ordered and told them the shake they ordered would take 20 minutes. The burger patties were so overcooked and burnt around the edges, that they were inedible. This isn't the first time we've had issues with the food from here but definitely the worst experience. Will not be visiting this location again.
