Not only did my order get messed up once but twice and had a confrontation with a so called "regional manager" who insisted to tell me to not come back... and I will! Last time I'm eating/ordering from this location. Poor manager skills and poor customer service that will make sure that your day is ruined. 1 star.

I am so shocked at the fact that this store has such lazy staff! I went to sonic trying to buy the collection of mini brands toys for my daughter so she can have the full set for her American girl doll and the staff have been nothing but rude! I need certain toys to complete my collection and be out of their hair but they think they are funny by selling me the exact same toys over and over! The manager had no knowledge of her own policies let alone does she know anything about customer service! The wait staff had no idea what mini brands even are so idk why they are being so stingy with the toys!

This makes me disappointed to review like this but I love sonic cherry limeade I get it everytime and when I had went just the other day I asked for extra real cherries and I didn't get any but I was charged I just let it go. I went today and told them I didn't get any extra last time so I was hoping I'd get some more but I didn't they only gave me 1 cherry and still charged me and were rude later I came to see they put 2 extra whole halfs so 6 halves of limes in my cup instead of cherries just because...super disappointed and honestly thinking about just not coming back.

Apologies for the long winded review but there was a lot to say about my experience this evening. If not for the awesome staff I would have given it a 2. This evening Sonic had 1/2 shakes and upon my arrival it was super busy (as expected). However, I parked in a stall acknowledging a little time for other patrons. Placed my order for 2 shakes and one gift card. I was under the impression that the stall kiosk would accept my payment and naturally proceeded. I watched as the machine’s monitor flickered and then it had completely rebooted itself. After the boot, I could visibly see several dead pixels on the monitor. I didn’t think much of my wait until a vehicle had parked in the stall next to me (5 people inside) ordered a lot of food and received their order after 10 min. I then pressed the kiosk button again and informed the worker I had not received my gift card or drinks. “Oh Nobody said there was a gift card on the order” was the response. I was then greeted with Tiffany and she was such a delight to converse with. She apologized profusely, gave the gift card and 3 sonic tokens. In exchange I gave my card for payment and she returned with my shakes. I was there for 45 min and had every right to be upset, but this brief exchange and chat with Tiffany enlightened me to a few things needing addressed. My anger and frustration is pointed at the owner of this location and or general manager. None of the stall kiosks have functioning card readers!!! The staff was seen continually making 2 trips per vehicle (a separate trip to deliver order and another to accept payment). Whomever leads this location needs to be called to attention that if they expect “the help” to function autonomously, then the staff need all proper, functioning tools in order to do so!! The only silver lining was Tiffany and I hope the remaining staff are just as great.

My order was perfect. Onion rings were just as I ordered hot and fresh. There was a long line. However, staff came out and served smaller orders so the Drive thru line moved quickly. Nice work!

Ordered 2 strawberry limeade both tasted like moldy fruit. Most likely half rotten strawberries, called to let them know that their puree was bad but the manager and the employee I spoke with were more interested in arguing how that isn't possible because they "make it fresh every morning" they didn't understand that making anything out of half rotten fruit doesn't make it fresh. I'll be avoiding them in the future.

I ordered from doordash. They told my dasher they would have it right out when she arrived. Then, my dasher was waiting over 20mins for my order, and asked what was going on. They said they didn't have it, and wasted everyone's time

Absolutely the worst!!! Been there twice for just drinks and no food. Went last night. I was informed when ordering that it was an 18 minute wait on shakes. Ordered 4 shakes and said we would wait. 45 minutes later no shakes and no updates. Walked in and asked for my shakes or a refund. They gave me a refund.The inside of that establishment has not been cleaned in probably years. I would not eat or drink anything from there. I may call the health department due to the level of disgusting it was in there.

This evening we went to Sonic on 12th Avenue and we waited in a huge line for approximately 30 minutes to get to the order speaker and be advised there is a very long wait. I asked how long, and was advised the person sitting at the window had been there for 35 minutes already and could possibly be another 35 minutes. I now know why everyone was leaving in front of me. Think they should have came out and told everyone in line,but they didn't.

The food is good, the slushies are the best, the employees are kind and calm even when they are overwhelmed with orders. Never have to wait long, and if I do, I don't care im chilling in my Jeep. Even when I pick up for Doordash, they are always on time or ahead!
