I wish there was a place to go out and get a healthy treat on a date or as a family, but both my experiences at Roxberry have been disappointing. My green smoothie was so chunky I couldn’t even use a straw—it was like a cold chopped fruit and spinach salad. The PB Blast smoothie was way less yummy than the healthy one I make at home all the time. I guess we still have to make all our treats at home—no place to go out.
My husband and I were wanting smoothies one day. So we decided to give this place a try. Oh my goodness they were good. You can add protein to any of there drinks. So when we went the second time we both had the chocolate peanut butter smoothie with protein powder. Prices are great and cups are huge. Will continue to go back. Love them.
When we ordered they said they had no Strawberries so we had to substitute and after waiting 20 minutes for our order they ran out of Bananas and had to go to the store. Employees were great but management needs to plan accordingly.
I use to love coming to this store and would visit in a day to day basis. However, with the new ownership taking place somewhere around mid January; I’ve noticed my smoothies were taking much longer, becoming much much more watered down, and just overall didn’t taste as good. I’ve noticed the employees seem to be not as happy as before, and also noticed these new owners don’t really know what they’re doing. A shorter blonde male owner messed up my smoothie and made it into a bowl 3 different times I went. This store use to be a favorite of mine but ever since it changed ownership it’s just gone downhill. It’s sad to say, but I will most likely never come back to this store ever again.
Service is always friendly and helpful with recommendations, the smoothie's are on point and have great delicious healthy choices too

My buddy and I were craving a fruity drink, and saw this place. (He's never been here, and I can't remember the last time I visited this place.)Upon walking in, we liked how it looked and the cool design.But, we were a little surprised by the prices.Don't get me wrong, the Raspberry Rush smoothie I tried was pretty good... Just maybe 25% higher than I'd expect.
Will not be going back! We took our daughter after school to use her Sweet Deals certificate she got for Christmas. Got there and they told us, as of a few days ago, they would no longer accept them. The certificate clearly states this location. She says she can call her manager, so she comes back and tells me she can't take it because it expired (today). The expiration is 1/25/22. Today is 1/25/22. Tried to explain to her that it's good thru today she tells me she can't accept it and gives us an eye roll as we're leaving. Customer service from manager down is terrible! So we left not being able to use the certificate that we purchased. Only giving 1 star because i have to, to post!
Smoothies and bowls are delicious!! This place is responsible for getting me addicted to açaí bowls but I’d say my favorite bowl here is the peach mango crunch bowl with chia seeds. Yumm. You can see everything they’re putting in, and it’s all fresh and healthy.
I’ve been to this location over 4 times after 8.. everytime I order a power green theyve “ran out of supplies to make it”Today I tried again and to no surprise was disappointed.. I ordered a power green at the speaker and was asked if I would like ice or no ice in my power green. I asked for no ice.. I get to window pay for my drinks even leave a 5 dollar tip and a couple minutes after paying they come up to the window “we ran out of supplies for a power green would you like another drink or a refund?” Why even ask me if I wanted ice or no ice?!!?We request a refund and they asked for our card back to put the “money back on” didn’t get any receipt. On top of that I used my 10 dollar rewards so don’t even know if I got that back because like I said I GOT NO RECEIPT. Awful service here. Every single time.
