Wow...my pictures don't really show the injustice. This was one of the most pitiful portions I've had for a $10 bowl. This was even after I asked for extra on a few things. The young lady making my bowl seemed to not care about anything I wanted and was only concerned with getting to the next person. After looking at some of the previous reviews, I expect the usual generic reply of "apology and hope to do better". Consumers don't want the same apologies year over year; portions and service like this do not warrant a return.
Super disappointing. I went in with my son and ordered him a kid's meal and myself a bowl. At the register, she informs me that if I want a soda with his kids meal, it will be $0.50 extra. But milk comes with it for no extra charge. I have no understanding of what would drive this decision. Fountain soda is a few cents a serving and yet they pay 80 + cents for the milk. Plus, he's allergic to milk. Just trying to rip off the customer I guess. Also, we were the only customers in there and she rushed us so badly and wouldn't answer any questions about the choices. Pretty rude actually. I have eaten at Qdoba all over the country and have never ran into these issues before. We were super happy to go there and left so disappointed.
The food was terrible. They ran out of cheese! The staff was slow, and not trained for making food. They also ran out of other things that were on their menu.
I ate here for the first time. Food is decently good. Atmosphere is appropriate. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the tables and floors were quite dirty. I also feel like the food is expensive. I paid $25 for two basic items and two regular drinks. Food was good but the portions were kind of small for the price.
1. $9+ for one quesadilla?2. This restaurant isn't offering curbside pickup. They have been until recently, the policy must have changed. No biggie. If a customer drives up and calls in for their food, is it safe to assume they might not be aware curbside is no longer offered? At the very least, it's not an excuse to be rude to them.The food was fine, even if it was overpriced. But you could improve on your customer service. I don't want to go back to this location.
The staff does not seem to care AT ALL!Tables are continually dirty everytime I come here. I love the food, which is why I keep trying to come back, but seriously they are about 1 for 5 on service.
Pretty good food, customer service was lacking. You could tell the counter chick didn't want to be there and would rather be home smoking a big fat one.
Doors and marketing says open until 9. Doors locked at 755. Not good.
I recommend this place to everyone! Just had a wedding this weekend and everyone had nothing negative to say about this great place, food and service was 5 star! If i can give it 10 stars i would. Thanks QDOBA
I used to love Qdoba, but they have definitely went down hill on terms of quality, portion size and price. And I felt rushed when ordering by the girl working there.
