Bread was low quality and got soggy when sauce was added, the staff doesn't seem to care much about working there and were not freindly, they gave me 2 small slices of chicken on my sandwich and it just did not taste good, i believe the ingredients had been sitting for too long and were mushy
The very expensive meatball sub had cold meatballs that tasted rancid and chunks of provolone about 1/4 inch thick and not sliced. The bread on both sandwiches was dry and hard on the bottom, the veggies were wilted and the restaurant was not very clean. When I brought the meatball sub back and asked for my money back, they did refund my money. However, there was no apologies and they did not care if they lost my business for good.It is a real shame because for decades Port Of Subs was the best sub shops, but now their quality and customer service is equal to all the other subpar, low quality sub shops around!

I'm a frequent customer, all times I've went in there the service was great except for last Saturday May 28, 2022. I went in there and there was 2 people working one was a girl working the drive thru and the other I can't tell the gender was working the counter making sandwiches for I don't know who being that I was the only one in there. Neither one of them greeted me they just stared at me as if I wasn't even there. After being ignored for 10 minutes in an empty store I just decided to leave and go to subway. They just lost a good customer do to their lazy rude immature employees that they left in charge that day.
So I ordered the 8" grilled chicken and provolone sub with the garlic parmesan bread. On the sandwich I have pickles, olives, spinach, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ranch. I ordered the 8oz macaroni side regular lays chips and the large Dr.Pepper. Dr.Pepper is 10/10 for me Because they actually added less ice than restaurants normally do and I like it like that but if you don't you'll want to specifically state otherwise. Macaroni probably 8/10 because it taste like normal macaroni salad. I mean it taste good but it taste exactly like the ones you can buy at WinCo so not super big like taste explosion or anything like that. It's a little bland like the store brand but still good so the 8/10 sticks. The sandwich I'd also give an 8/10 because the chicken was a little more dry than I'd like my grilled chicken but other than that the veggies all tasted very fresh and were well chopped. The bread tasted good was nice and soft but not soggy from the condiments. The only issue was the chicken but for a first try they tasted very well! Overall I'd give a 4.5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you're into quick, fresh, healthy meals and you want to try something new I believe this is the place to go.
This was our first time and it was great. The staff was friendly and worked well together. The food was delicious as well.

Purchased 2 sandwiches at 4:00 pm when it was not busy. No one in the lobby or drive thru but us. We sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes waiting for the food and the customer service was horrible. How can it take them 20 minutes to make 2 simple sandwiches with an empty lobby? Both sandwiches were poorly made. The stuffing on the pilgrim was hard. Skimpy everything especially meat and the bread was so stale it fell apart and crumbled when we picked it up. The bread tasted like it had been left on the counter from the day previous. The meat on one had a lot of excess water and was not fresh. We will Never eat there again!
I tried going through the drive through today and was greeted and told “sorry the drive through is unavailable today but you’re welcome to come in the lobby” then I drove around to see 2 cars waiting at the window. I couldn’t come inside cause I had my toddler with me and wasn’t ready. Kinda felt like I was being lied to after seeing that.
