Avoid this store IF you want to get your food in less than 20 minutes. They took the "fast" out of fast food. I have been here 3 times and the wait time has been the same every time. NO sense of urgency.
I'm from the South. Advertised sweet tea, they didn't have any. Spicy chicken was not very spicy, or sat least what Popeyes in the south has. Was disappointed with this one. Closing up at 8:30 when they were supposed to be open til 10. Obviously no loyalty to the brand. Come to the south and see what it is really about!
The food is always good, I won't complain about that. The part that's starting to hit everywhere is price. Popeyes has always been on the higher end of meal cost, but when one person's standard meal comes to $20, I'm out. Time to save some money and go somewhere else.
Walked in at around 5pm on a Monday. TV menu display was busted, but they had a paper menu out. Got my food within a minute (didn't even have a chance to fill my drink) and it was hot and fresh! Really no complaints here outside of the beat up interior.
Dining room not open on a Saturday at noon. Go to drive thru to tell them I’m here to pick up my order that we did online. Girl on the speaker yelled at me and obviously over stressed about taking orders. Come girl get it together there was only like 4 cars in the line. So I pulled forward to the window to tell them I’m here to pick up my order and they told me I had to pull forward and wait 7 mins. Like isn’t that the point of us paying online and picking up. So it’s ready when I get here????? I blame this on management and ownership.
I've had a few incidents with this Popeyes and it's a real bummer. One of my first incidents was when I showed up 45 minutes before the store closed. It was my understanding that 45 minutes before closing time was plenty of time. At the drive thru window I was told that they could not take any orders because they were closing soon. So I left and didn't think too much into it. Maybe there was extra cleaning that needed to be done before closing or something.A second time, I showed up two hours before they were to close and when I got to the window I was told they were closed. I had checked the time both on Google Maps and the Popeyes website. Out of curiosity (and a bit surprised) I also checked the hours on their door at the store. According to those hours, the store was to close in 2 hours. Yet, I was still told that they were closed at the drive thru window.A third time (just yesterday actually), I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich via the drive thru. When I went to open my order, the patty for my chicken sandwich appeared to be a chicken tender cut in half. The sandwich was all bread with a medium (cut in half) chicken tender for a patty. This third incident was really the nail in the coffin for me.Not sure where the disconnect is at with this store. I've never had any issues at any of the other Popeyes stores and have always enjoyed the food I receive. For some reason, my experience at this store has been completely different than what I experience at the other Popeyes businesses.
I love Popeye's every other time I have been here it has been perfect. But today they minimized the mayo on my spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy is in the mayo. It wasn't awful just dry and not spicy at all. I am not that picky and this is the first time ever they have not been perfect. The chicken was perfectly cooked. I will go back because this is the first time they have not been perfect.
On travel, I went through the drive thru around 2:15 pm. We were the only vehicle in the queue. When we got down the road to a park to picnic and opened the bag, no receipt. I hope I was charged the correct amount. One meal was fine. The a la cart order was not. The side and the biscuit ordered to accompany the shrimp were both missing. My friend had shrimp for lunch. I gave him my biscuit so he could have more food. Alas, he could eat neither of the sides I chose. I am very angry that I paid for food that we did not receive. It wasn't inexpensive for drive thru chicken. The voice mailbox for the place is full.

OK. Ordered popcorn shrimp combo. $12.99 for a handful of shrimp, fries, biscuit and small drink.Fries were old, hot but old. Do not order these. Not enough shrimp to feed a child let alone an adult.I was literally shocked when I saw them.
