It was some of the worst, most bland pizza we have ever had here in Idaho. They were skimpy with toppings on both pizzas with many slices having none at all. The sauce itself was nothing special and there was little cheese on both. We will never darken their doorstep again.
I ordered delivery and my order arrived exactly two hours after placing the order. I am aware of the common staff shortages everywhere, but at least they could update the delivery time on their order tracking and keep the pizza warm that way the client won't receive a cold pizza after the two hour wait. Thank you to the delivery person who I am sure is very busy!
Worked with Andre and gotta say that was the most impressive pizza experience I have ever had. This guy should own a location because he hands down gives the best experience! Thanks Andre for taking care of your customers!
Took almost an hour and a half. It was cold, the lady was rude. The order must have been wrong ordered an upgraded supreme but there was nothing upgraded about it? 2 medium pizzas was almost 42 dollars!! Over all I would rather buy from dominos.
I ordered carryout and waited in the store for my food. The wait time was quick. The store was clean. The manager came out a few times to give me updates on the food which was very nice. They then showed me the pizza before giving it to me and they all looked great and were correct. The pizza tasted great.He mentioned they recently changed owners and management and shared the positive changes they were making. I am excited for them!
Chad the manager was super patient with my crazy order. I really appreciate him and Andre and his whole evening staff, they had my pick up in a timely manner and the pizza was the way I ordered it. Andre showed me the pizza after it was made to make sure it was as I ordered it and to perfection . Chad was such a gentle and held the door open for me with a smile. I will be coming in to this location from now on. I recommend this pizza hut location on Nampa Caldwell boulevard.right in front of Dorsey music. Thanks again gentlemen!! ???
