The Edge pizza is a horrific salt bomb. Ordered a pepperoni sausage, could not taste anything but salt.
Tried our local pizza hut for the first time in several year's. It was a great disappointment, we order a thin crust super Supreme pizza, cheese sticks and a brownie. The pizza had an awful flavor of a heavy floured dough almost like a play dough without the salt tast. It was under cooked and soft except the outer edge of the pizza. The cheese stick would have been decent but they took a hot item and placed it in a plastic container. With no way for the heat and steam to vent, making the outer crust soft a moist. Then the brownie was overcooked and the bottom of it was stuck to the aluminum pan making the top portion the only part you could eat. A huge disappointment in all and definitely wont go back to this specific pizza hut ever again.
Beside the consistently wrong expected time frames...1. Employees parking in ALL customer only spots. The only ones in front of the building, at that. 2. Employee wearing belt with big bold writing"[email protected](& YOU" in clear customer view. 3. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY Lobby, makes you wonder if the kitchen is the same. Not impressed ?
Second chance review - Great service, easy to use and under web portal. Pizza was very good :) Pizza was better than my last. Thank you all again.Pizza was on the very cold side and it was very dry ;( Felt like the pizza might of spent a long time in the warming oven and even longer time in the delivery bag.
Called my order in, waited about 20 minute's drove over picked up drove home ate really good hot pizza thanks.
My driver was super nice and was very polite. It is hard too find our home but he still managed to get me my fresh and hot pizza and Cinnabons.Thank u so much. I believe his name was Abel. Super nice guy !!!!!
Jessica and Lori are great. They always take such great care of the food. This location is especially clean which I love. Thank you guys for the great hospitality when I stop by.
Took forever to deliver the food then they never notified that it was here so it sat outside while cats ate it so had to call and inform them and still had to pay full price. Absolutely ridiculous they should have at least given us a discount or a coupon or free cinnamon sticks for the inconvenience?. On the bright side the food itself though was and always has been good
I ordered lunch for my son and his kids as a nice surprise, and they got everything I ordered for them quickly, with great service, and they said the food tasted great. It always does!
The big dinner box is cool, tasty, convenient, and has two pizzas and two side that's cool. Good for Football/Basketball games, Boxing matches, etc.
