Good service. Pizza was made quickly and just as ordered. Service was great. Delicious pizza, fresh ingredients.
Always easy to grab a great pizza on the way home and pop it in the oven. Even have dessert options!
I love this Papa Murphy's store. They have a drive up window is you drive around the back of the building and come up on the right.
This store has terrible customer service skills. On a numerous occasions I have called and the phone is picked up but nobody answers or it goes to a busy signal. After the phone is picked up no one says anything so I'm unable to order. When I have had orders 90% of the time they screw up my order. Not sure what the management is like or who's running the store but there's always issues and it really is bad for business. It's the closest store to me but I'd rather go out of my way than to do with the service that I get from your guys's store.
Worked there as a first job at 15 in 2000. Still love it and the staff today (always at this location) was amazing!

I ordered online and paid when I got to the drive thru. I could see the guy that was helping me looking in a few different places and talking to coworkers so I knew something was up. A woman then came to the window and said someone had TOOK my pizza so it would have to be remade. I said ok thinking they would work on it right away since I had already paid and was now holding up the drive thru line. Sadly this was not the case. They proceeded to work on other orders as I sat at the window for over 20 minutes. When I was about to just ask for a refund they came to the window with my pizza. No apology issued.
This is one of the worst stores in Nampa, love the pizza but the staff here lacks management. They don’t open when they say they are and half the time they are out of pies. It’s sad really.

Placed an online order and went inside the store and there were no customers and I was looking for my pizzas. The girl was folding boxes was like confused that they had online orders waiting to be made. She told me that there is another order in front of mine and then just continued to fold boxes instead of making the order. The other 2 guys were just standing around doing nothing. I went outside to wait in the car and I was watching them. They did not start working on the pizzas until the guy in front of me to pick up his order and he even had to wait which was nearly 10 mins after I went in looking for my pizzas. Where was the supervisor? Where is the work ethics of your employees? Why sit on orders that are waiting, and not get them done? I looked online again when I was there and online said 35 min wait, really 35 mins with NO CUSTOMERS.
