Okay I’m finally writing a review! I’ve gone to this place a few times and feel like I’ve given them grace but every time I’m let down :( this last time there was barely any lettuce in the salad, this seems to be a pattern. Most of the salad is wilted and or inedible. The mini pizza kit we bought didn’t have sauce included. Our pizza was decently made but this time I did no customizations. Last time when it was customized it was messed up. I just hope these issues can be resolved! This location is so close to our house!
We enjoy Papa Murphys but this particular location is terrible.While we were there the employees appeared quite unhappy, there was a worker coughing all over the kitchen, the signage wasn't placed in the store like all other locations we've ever been to, it looked half closed half open, they weren't running specials, which seemed wierd for a Papa Murphys & when we checked out the final total was incorrect. Ordering was so spastic, erratic and difficult that we weren't interested trying to work through a correction because probably would have been a nightmare... The store seems VERY mismanaged and the quality of customer service is extremely low.
Really enjoy Papa Murphy's but this location is quite messy inside from their floors to the, prep station, to cash register.No place to sit while waiting and they took a very long time.Good news is... The pizza still looks great!
Not greeted at all. Was treated like a inconvenience. When I had to point out that my cowboy was not customized the way it was ordered and written on the ticket that accompanied it. I was met with attitude and my pizza was remade without so much as a word but plenty of attitude. Customer service from no name tags was definitely lacking. No sorry bout that, no have a good night, nothing. Treated with complete indifference. I'll take my money elsewhere where there's actual customer service. Also they're charging 6$ for a half filled salad.
Got family sized chicken beacon stuffed. Seems like they accidentally added red sauce to it, and instead of starting over they flooded it with garlic sauce to try and cover it up. This was a very gross combination. Will never go back to this location again. The disregard to customers is just pathetic.
The pizza is great but this is my favorite location. The customer service is fantastic and everyone is super friendly. Chas helped us today and was a perfect example of the outstanding service we love.
Umm I asked for pizza not crust, the people working today and now obviously don’t like there jobs or even care to do a good job…
Horrible!! Ordered ahead of time and was still waiting another 20 mins for them to make my pizza - the boy at the register was yelling for people’s names as soon as they walked in and then responded with a “what” or “I can’t hear you” in a very annoyed voice. With how fast (lack there of) they were all working no wonder they are behind. Then the older man working let the entire room know that it “was 5 o”clk and he’s not staying any later he already told them “Very unprofessional the whole experience
They made pur order wrong ? a cowboy doesn't have onions hidden under the cheese. Friendly staff though
Fast, polite, good service. Good pizza!
