I love Papa Murphy's - great pizza always, but I will never again visit this Papa Murphy's store. They were SO slow and incredibly unprofessional. While I was ordering, the guy was texting on his phone, there were people just shooting the s*** in the back, the same guy that was texting was likening the zesty seasoning on the pizza to marijuana to another customer. ?♀️
Just got the best Papa Murphy’s pizza we’ve ever purchased. The pizza was loaded! Kudos to this location!
Always friendly, never had a problem at all there. My 9 yr old loves the smell of the fresh dough in the lobby. Lol
I ordered my Pizza on line and was forced to pay a 20% tip. When I arrived at the time requested. I was sent to retrieve my own pizza that was left sitting in the customer area. The help was dismissive and terse. Sure am glad I left that tip.
Last three pizzas were blah in flavor. Had a Chicken Garlic, couldn't taste any garlic, cheese or the crust. Had the Cowboy, same, no flavor. Last attempt tonight was a heart pizza pepperoni and again no flavors. Sad, been our tradition for almost 2 decades, but if going to continue being tasteless, we'll go elsewhere.
Crustless Cowboy pizza was very disappointing. The tray was less than half full and when cooked barely enough ingredients to cover two taco size tortillas. Cowboy pizza with crust has always been my favorite before going low carb. I think this is terribly overpriced for what you get.
This location has the nicest and hardest working young people working there. Even when it is slammed, someone always looks up from making a pizza to welcome me. They're also very helpful. I usually have to wait until after my pick-up time for it to be ready, but again, this location is always slammed so it's understandable. The stuffed meat pizza is also always on point.
My wife ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas from here, and I arrived about 10 minutes after the ready for pick up time. The pizzas weren't ready, and hadn't been started because they were out of thin crust. Instead of calling and asking if I wanted to change the order they waited until I arrived to tell me this. They said if I wanted thin crust it would take 15 minutes in addition to waiting for everyone else's pizzas to be made before mine.I decided to just get a refund and go to the garrity location. The person who was in charge didn't know how to refund an online order and told me she would leave a note with our phone number on it so they can let us know when it was refunded. Its been a week and still haven't heard about the refund we are owed.
I LOVE Papa Murphy’s & this by far the worst location I’ve ever been too. It’s being run by disrespectful and rude kids who don’t know how to make pizzas. Zach was the one I dealt with. ?♂️ Worst pizza and worst service. They should consider hiring better people… I won’t be returning to a Papa Murphy’s again.
They are usually 5 star. This last time wasn't the greatest because I asked for NO tomatoes on a chicken bacon stuffed & tomatoes were added inside & outside of the pizza so I spent a lot of time taking off tomatoes. But usually they are wonderful.
