i asked for a pepperoni flat bread pizza. Last week i got one in Boise and it was fresh.and amazing. Tonight when i stopped by and bought one in Nampa it was not hot and fresh. when i got home it was cold and not looking oven fresh. i think i got a pizza they had sitting around I should have taken photos. ultimately i was disappointed.
Stephanie took fantastic care of me today while I was going through the drive through! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely taken care of and satisfied! She was also extremely knowledgeable when I was asking her 10000 questions!Definitely a great employee and asset to have on the Panera team!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I come here often but today's service deserves recognition. I have not been feeling well and losing my voice the past couple of days. I just ordered soup and a drink but 2 very sweet beautiful workers at the window bought me a hot tea and wished me well with my health. Very kind gesture?? Thank you!
Had the chicken chipotle bacon flat bread. Very tasty. Also restaurant was very clean ?
Have tried this location (Nampa marketplace) by going inside, delivery thru the app, drive thru, and on different days/times. They have consistently got the order wrong each time. Items missing is the main issue. In all fairness, they are willing to correct the order, however, for it to happen repeatedly speaks to a larger issue. The staff simply aren't paying attention to the order and it goes out to the customer wrong. This isn't a singular issue. This has happened multiple times over several months. Save your time. Save your money. Go where the staff care enough to get the order right the first time.

Went there for the first time today and the lady that took my order this morning was so nice! It’s been a while since I’ve gotten customer service like that, she even gave me a rewards card and a cookie. Safe to say I’ll be coming back more often! Definitely made my day ?
Why would you advertise soup as gluten free on the menu, then try to order at the location and be told that is in fact loaded with gluten ????? Not the first time this has happened. Last time I will attempt to order from here. It's hard enough for a celiac to find gluten free options, the least one could do is advertise truthfully.
We just tried Panera for the first time about a week ago and it's very good. They have a large variety of lunch/Brunch type soup & salad as well as the fresh baked breads & goodies. Signed up for the app & got a free brownie on our 2nd visit. I had grilled cheese and tomato soup both times & it's awesome! Teas & lemonade for free & lots of indoor & outdoor seating.
The sandwich I had here was delicious, though a little heavier than I would have liked. But the smoothie definitely left something to be desired. It didn't taste all that great, but I'm pretty sure that part was just my personal preference. The part that I had a problem with was the fact it wasn't well blended. There were several big pieces of ice that stopped up the straw, and also a whole leaf of spinach. They need to blend their smoothies better
