Sadly this place is going downhill. The food is just ok now, tastes like it has been sitting out for awhile. The chow mein was dry. The chicken and beef just didn't taste as fresh. Plus I guess now they do sauce in packets and only have the brown sauce. My favorite was the orange sweet and sour sauce and they decided not to do that one anymore. I really hope this place gets good again and they bring back their orange sauce. But at least on a good note there are lots of other places near by to eat at until they can fix their issues.
I went the drive thru and got a bowl of sweet fire chicken and chow mein.. I took it home and opened and took a bite it was shrimp. I only got 4 pieces of shrimp. I had a reaction that landed me in the hospital. Never will I trust them again.
Sorry we ordered three orders of beef broccoli. They seem to have had only enough for half of an order and still served that. Please if you have any other options to use your money on decent food…don’t choose this Panda Express.
This place has seriously just crumbled miserably from what it used to be. Literally just left drive thru about 20 minutes ago. Sat at the menu to order for about 3 mins before I was acknowledged, had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy taking it was too busy doing something else other than listening to my order and then after receiving my order (very simple, mind you; just a Panda Bowl with Fried Rice and Orange Chicken) I get back to the office (less then a mile from Panda) to eat it and the rice is basically mush and the chicken very very soggy and lukewarm. I bit into a piece and found that it was chewy and had a weird taste. When I looked down the piece of chicken I had bitten into was STILL RAW. I cut into a few more pieces to find the same. Absolutely disgusting. Waste of $12. This place is a joke now. Hopefully I don’t fall ill.
It's Panda so you're not expecting much but when you do go you expect at least get your food. I placed an order a little bit before 8:30 and apparently arrived to them after 8:30 while keeping in mind this order was placed through their website. once I got there to receive the order the front doors were locked at which point I pulled through the drive in requesting my online order, I was told that the order wasn't going to be completed because it came in after 8:30 even though they close at 9:00, then I was told by the clerk to call them to cancel the order, which I had to explain there is no them, the order was placed through your website, then they come back and say we are going to fulfill the order. 20 minutes later they come out and tell me the refund has been processed. biggest waste of time, most unprofessional experience by far, the worst Panda restaurant I have ever been to.
This location is probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been. I have had 3 bad experiences, consecutively, over a few months. The fried rice was tasteless and a beige color. The "wok fired shrimp" had a soggy flour coating. They didn't give me a straw or the hot sauce I requested. I gave them 2 stars because the initial person I spoke to in the drive thru was pleasant. Waste of time and money.
I would never go here again. I placed a mobile order and waited for my pick up time then waited 50 minutes for the order to be done. The person Filling mobile orders was very slow and didn't start my order until I had been waiting 20 minutesThen they ran out of what I ordered and when it was done they filled other people's first until I said something.
Great service and very helpful staff,the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. We will definitely be going here again.
Most of the time, staff is rude and make it obvious that helping customers annoy them. Forgot 2 entrees and while we had to wait for 15 min for those exact entrees.
This is the 2nd time we left home without a full order. We order 3 sides we only got 2 and they barely put 1 scoop for each sides. Definitely was not happy. Too much money for so little and messing up.
