As a self proclaimed foodie, this place gets my vote as THE best poke I’ve had in Idaho. In fact it ranks up there with the best Poke places in California even. Great selection of options to build your own gourmet masterpiece or chose one of their menu option bowl, you can’t go wrong either way.
Great flavors and great service. My wife and I stopped in to eat and the food and service exceeded our expectations. She actually wanted to go back the next day as well. Paddles Up Poke is going in our list of places to hit regularly.
Great little place. Had live band playing ? outside the restaurant. Walked into a clean restaurant that had a short line on a Saturday summer evening ? A few people picked up doordash orders while we waited our turn to order. Food was put in a bowl ? right in front of us. They accommodated our request to have the seaweed put in a small side dish. Foo was so great! Everything tasted fresh.. bummed we got stuffed so quick. Price is a little high for your average but its worth every penny. They did charge 1 buck for any extra side since i also wanted Avocado ? in my bowl. Self seating and their little icecream? was really good! Surprised they gave it out for free! Would definitely recommend to seafood lovers.
Very friendly service and interesting concept... sushi bowls we have had in the past, but only serving those... very interesting, but everything was super fresh... nice healthy and lightweight lunch!
Delicious. I love that they have cooked options such as chicken, crab, and shrimp. Staff is always friendly and happy to alter any menu option to your preferences. Lots of other options such as a poke burrito, nachos, and different bases. We've been going here for atleast a year, and still enjoy it.
Great and unique place! It’s literally sushi in a bowl haha. I have been ordering door dash from this place quite often. Great nutritious and clean food and atmosphere. It is a little pricey, but it’s worth it and to be expected considering the amount of protein they put in the bowls. Staff is also super friendly! :)
I have a new obsession. I was welcomed and given a run down of the menu. I chose a small bowl of a local favorite. It was quite a bit of food, and the flavor was amazing. So many options and I couldn't be happier with the customer service.I highly recommend this place.
Always enjoy Paddles Up! The staff is some of the best in Nampa in terms of friendly efficient service! The quality of fresh fish and vegetables and rice is always consistently delicious and satisfying. In the revitalized downtown area of Nampa, tucked in between other shops, great location. Parking can be an issue but one can usually circle the blocks and nice walk. We enjoy dining in, but most often get it to go, you can't go wrong either way!!!!

I love their food. I have a bit of an addiction and order it thru DoorDash at least twice a month. I usually get a small bowl with the spicy tuna, crab, and add their volcanic teriyaki. It adds the right amount of spice. Love it!
