Native to Nampa! And I rarely review places since I’m accustom to good food eateries here. Hesitates to dine in- since I’m not familiar with their menu. To my surprise! The staff was great! The person taking my order Austin helped me with my menu choice. He was informative! I ordered the Penne Rosa dish. It’s so flavorful and each bite and side items was great! It’s kid friendly too! My son ate all his food. Prices are budget friendly too.
Portions are small and my Asian noodles were sauced to the point of mushy/gooey and the sauce was a weird non Asian food tangy flavor. My wife's mac n cheese with chicken was bland and flavorless. Both dishes were very meh. First time eating here, and probably won't be back.
I went in today to get a barbecue pork Mac and I got a Barbecue chicken Mac. So I called them to explain why I have a chicken Mac when I ordered a barbecue pork back and all she says is we do not serve pork anymore. Don't you think if you order a barbecue pork Mac that you would say Hey we don't have pork anymore. I only go to noodles and company to get a barbecue pork Mac. So I'm very disappointed in that counter front counter lady.
Great food, never had issues with my order, nice people. I've seen people complain about wait times and food quality, and the main problem, in my opinion, is the amount of Door dash/UberEats/ect. orders coming in all the time.I understand wanting to get food delivered, it's convenient and easy, but I personally feel that when it comes to food that traditionally isn't delivered (I'm talking about things that aren't pizza or Chinese food, foods that have been delivered for decades at this point), I always prefer to just go to the restaurant. You get a better chance at quality, and plus you don't have to pay extra for delivery.Because when you have a restaurant location that's about the size of a Walmarts in-store McDonald's, having to deal with not only in store orders, but tons of delivery orders? Of course the quality gets questionable, of course there's going to be a slip up here and there. Don't always blame the restaurant.
1st timer here..Delish.I ordered the "Alfredo MontAmore W/ Parmesan crusted chicken.I substituted the noodles with "Zoodles" ( Zucchini nodles)Very good! The wait was probably 15 minutes. Which I can't complain because everything was very fresh!!Also, we are in a world wide pandemic.Everywhere u go; the wait time is extended. Get used to it peeps.?There wasn't a whole lot of chicken in my dish, but let's face it, only Americans want a pound of protein in their meal.I was completely full after. It was a perfect meal.I do wish that they had other options for noodles like maybe angel hair pasta.I didn't see any Fettuccine noodles on the menu either. One big factor for me is that the meal doesn't include any free bread. It would be nice if they threw a piece of bread per meal. The price was about $13.⁰⁰ that included a $1.50 to the cashier. It IS a lil spendy but if rather 0ay $13⁰⁰ for a fresh a flavorful meal VS a $14⁰⁰ burger combo anyday!!I'm posting a pic of my order.?
I was really looking forward to the Nampa store. My first meal (Pad Thai) wasn't good but I chalked it up to being brand new. I just ordered delivery (Japanese Udon). Again, not good. Noodles were under-cooked and skimpy on the sauce. Disappointed and unlikely to ever return.
Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, nice outside area. I ordered two large orange apple chicken salad and two waters. The store was not busy when I arrived around 2PM. My order took way too long and I was informed of no avacodos were available. However my salad did have them when it arrived. The wait for my order was very long, too long. Also, the dressings were not full even though I was given two it was less than one. For the price and size of the salad...I would have the expectation of full dressing cups. However, the lettuce was fresh and clean. The taste of the salad was good. I could not find a fork although other condiments were available and accessible. The fork came out after my meal was delivered. The outside area must have a trash and station to dispose of trash and plates. I eat at other outside establishments and its not a problem. Even where its windy. Its a pain to eat outside and not be able to leave through the outside gate without traveling back through the small dinning area around folks at the drink station to just clean up. I would have given a high review except for these details which are easy to fix.
We'll call it a bad busy night for them. Ordered at the counter, friendly front staff got an estimate from the cook staff of fifteen minutes. Obviously very busy but at 30 min. we checked and back staff said just a sec until done. Food came out at 45 minutes, a nice smile but no apology or meaningful explanation, just "have a nice evening". Noodles and mac were woefully undercooked, not even close to al dente. Flavors were fine but we thought that after a couple of weeks they'd be coming closer to the Boise sites for timing and customer service when orders are so late.
Definitely going through growing pains. Food was excellent on a non busy Wednesday night, pretty problematic on at dinner time on a Friday night. I hope it improves soon. Seems pretty cramped inside too.
I ordered 4 trays for our shop lunch. Both people I spoke with were very helpful & friendly. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
