Really disappointed. Ordered a large, got med fry... quarter pounder meat was not fully cooked, ordered a diet coke, got a dr pepper... tried to use the mobile app and they couldn't apply it to my order... not good... not good
Pulled up more than ten minutes until close and there were cones blocking off the drive through, sat there for a minute then some lady came out to ask “can I help you with something?” Well yeah you can I’m here during your business hours I want to place an order. And she replies “oh we only have two people inside so we closed 15 minutes early.” This is terrible customer service. Sorry but you signed up for McDonald’s hours. Maybe you should work McDonald’s hours.
Got the order, asked for no onions came with onions and Mac sauce. Chicken sandwich had mac sauce and then my fries were cold and undercooked. were unhappy tried to call no answer.
The person who took my money was a bit rude but, it could have been a rough day for her. The guy who gave me my food just seemed to be a jackass. It was only this last time I went there but, that is what lost the star.
Location near my home usually does a pretty good job this time was no exception made it exactly as I asked it took about 6 7 minutes not bad and they were fairly busy
Ordered through app, would have been nice to get more than 1 ketchup packet for my 6 piece nuggets and maybe some napkins…
One of the best Big Macs and McDonald’s fries I’ve ever had! Just cooked, super fresh and salty - 5 stars for the food! drive thru team were really friendly as well so a great customer experience!
I drive a 18 wheel semi. I find a place to park, wich was about 1/3 of a mile away from McDonald's and when i get there im hungry. I ask, if i stay out of the way of the car trafic can i get 2 fish sandwiches and some fries? NOPE the girl says. You have to have a car. But im in a semi, i said " you cant have anything unless you have a car. I left hungry. Mad as owhat. Now I'll not try that again here. I was able to do it at other locations not this one.
To the Hispanic girl running drive through, May 24th around 3:15 p.m. you absolutely have no respect for your customers, with a nasty attitude. I don't know how people like you keep a job, especially in customer service! I get it mc Ds is hurting for workers but c'mon, don't hire people like her who s**t on people's day because it makes her feel good inside. Anyways enough about that rant, foods ok for mcds and if you want half terrible people to tear ya down, this is the D's for you! BTW the other girl on drive through (first window) was great and polite! You know what they say, "the bad apple spoils the bunch"!
I had a good experience here. The food came quickly, and tasted good. The employees were friendly as well.
