I've never been to this branch before in Nampa, but just like Nampa itself, every time I visit, the more love & gratitude I have for it & it's direction. I haven't ordered a breakfast in forever it feels like, something is always popping up to prevent it. That, or when I do make it there, they don't have the stock to make my favorite breakfast order. They had kind service at all stations & were able to work it out for me, I did get lucky today & only because this location has people with personality & good customer service, willing to do a little extra out of kindness. I always have loved to see the improvement/growth of Nampa, & it's worth the drive more & more each time I do visit, proving wrong old stereotypes from elsewhere about the quality, but in my eyes, the community goes the extra mile for eachother, for locals & neighbors.
I hate waste! I ordered fries from the McDonald’s app, selected extra salt thinking that they might shake salt one more time. Instead, they threw 21 packets of salt into the fries. How stupid!? I hate waste!
extremely disappointed. my first time at this location and won't be going back. Wanted a late night bite to eat last night around 11:30. waited in a long line and when I got to the microphone to order one of the female employees was extremely rude telling me I'm being to loud. the tone of her voice was extremely rude and she could have been much nicer about it! we ended up leaving and going to the Garity location were the employees are actually nice to the employees
This location used to be fine, now it's awful. Extremely slow, cold food, and messed up order. Manager is not great with customers when they come up with complaints about missing food.
McDonald's on 12th has been doing a really awesome job with getting orders right and making sure your taken care of and the food has been very good and not messy and all slapped together and stuff in a bag... love there sweet tea and the price of a large drink a $1 you can't go wrong with that can't even get a large drink at a gas station for that price... Its always my Togo to place in the summer for a drink in the heat! I give this McDonald's 4 ? ⭐ ? ⭐ good ? work guys
Every time we order here, the order gets messed up. Today I ordered a Delux crispy chicken sandwich meal with diet coke. I got home and it was a delux quarter pounder meal with a regular coke. I did not have time to go back and tell them. I'm diabetic and regular coke is not good for me. Also I get sick with beef. They need to listen carefully what people are ordering. I'm tired of this every time I go there!
Got locked in the kids play place when the maintenance man moved the trash can in front of the door. Given the wrong size drink , clearly a small when I ordered a medium slush. Employee didnt want to replace it and wasnt sure if it was the same price . Forgot a whole drink entirely at that.
Glad I spent 20$ to get the most rushed burger I've seen a McDonald's do I requested no sauce no pickle instead I got sauce the world's smallest bacon which is 2$ might I add. Being a past McDonald's worker extremely dissatisfied
Overall, usually you guys aren't too bad other than you like to forget apple juices and Happy meals. Or like when I try to walk inside to give one of your employees the code that it was saying for me to show them so they could process my order, decides to go and tell me, "Oh no, let's go and start a whole new order" instead of thinking that I may be using a coupon or my points from the mobile app. Can you please train them a bit better to know how to handle situations like these so you don't have frustrated people that would rather go somewhere else? Thanks!
I waited 13 minutes for my mobile order and not at a busy time. Then I had to call and tell them how long I had been there and they didn’t bring out my drink and had to go back and get it. 15 minutes total. Not a single napkin in my bag. 5/27/22 KS19 FC56 time 1456.
