If I could give a Zero I would. First they were rushing my order and asked me to pull around. When I pull around with my order ready, they stop answering the com and shut down. Over 30 cars come and go as they refuse to do business during dinner rush 5:30-6pm.Worst experience ever. 20 min wasted. This is the second time I've had this type of experience, there won't be a 3rd.
Probably the worst Los Betos. I will only order breakfast burritos because they can't seem to mess that up, yet. The prices here have caught up with everywhere else so I recommend going to a restaurant that will give you what you ordered, not just what they decide to give you. Two star because of the breakfast burrito and the smile they give you when they know they have left off half the items you paid for. Real friendly about shafting you. That and 1 start is reserved for Taco Bell level food
Just went to the drive-thru, the girl who took the order was unprofessional and rude. My husband was asking for the toppings on the side and she stated “she needs to charge us extra” … when I asked why? She immediately said she would not talk to me and only the driver (not knowing if I was the driver or not…). Long story short, I was refused service because it’s not “allowed” to order if they think you’re sitting passenger. Won’t go here again and will make sure this gets addressed appropriately. If it’s possible for no stars, I would’ve rather put that.
If you’re white it seems like they screw you over on your food on purpose. I got a number seven and the burritos were nothing but peppers, barely any meat, the other day I went to a different one, ordered the same thing but without onions, and they kept the peppers out but burned the meat. Very upsetting. Waste of money twice ?
The ONLY reason this place gets 3 stars is because the food is amazing and cheap. I have no problem with the food whatsoever. But the service is HORRIBLE. They are extremely rude and rush you through the drive through. Me and my brother went last night and even though they are open no one answered us! We then pulled up to the window and the lights were on but no one came to serve us! Apparently other customers have had the same problems. Horrible staff but good food!
I order the Conga burrito before the pandemic these burritos used to be fat after the pandemic they're weak there more tortilla then anything I started ordering extra me and I didn't got charged for it and there was even less meat on there than they would have if I just ordered it normal very dissatisfied an extra five bucks because I ordered two burritos not happy at all I wish they added more rice and beans and more meat sabritos like they used to not worth the up price as well and a lot of the places are like this. Some days at different locations I get a great burrito and some days same locations I don't but I always have to add extra meat and I either get it or I just wasted money
Just got home from ordering 2 Chorizo burritos and the Chorizo is old and can tell it's been re cooked and is also hard and hard and burnthard and burnt
Food is good at other locations. This particular onenot so good. The service is flat out horrible and asfor manors and courtesy I've had better innightmares. The woman working the window duringthe night shift 1-21-2022 is cold and completelyrude. She should be working the lethal injection fordeath row inmates with how she treats people. Noclass.
So now I know why this place is only a three star. It is 1935 on Thursday night the 20th and I just left there without order anything because I ordered a California burrito and a large lemonade, the lady at the drive-through told me that they don’t have lemonade and I said OK and she asked if I wanted anything else and I said no and she said fine.I asked, did you just say fine? And she said yes. So I told her she needed to learn Customer Service and her response was we don’t have that here. This is the same place a few months ago when I ordered a California burrito I got home to find that there was guacamole on it, and the only reason that I bring that up is because the much better Los Gatos location on Fairview in Boise, the gentleman that is always completely awesome told me that they don’t have guacamole on California burrito because now when I order it I say California burrito without guacamole because that one time it had it on it.Anyway, I will never again attempt to go to the location near the Idaho center because the customer service is garbage and they don’t care.
Sitting at the drive through for more than five minutes and no one is responding at the window or at the order menu. No one else is here but I see people in the kitchen. Not the first time this has happened, this location is horrible.
