Ordered a 3 piece tender meal, received a 3 piece chicken meal. Tried calling to let them know, no one answered the phone. Not a happy customer!!!
I had a large order. I had to wait a bit for them to cook it, but they got it to me quickly, and were very nice and friendly.
Got the jack Harlow meal, didn’t give me any sauce like advertised, also didn’t get any utensils to eat my Mac and cheese so I didn’t end up eating that. It wasn’t busy or anything this is just stupid. Now I remember why I go to Popeyes
Lately chicken has been oversaturated in oil, namely the original recipe, as if the chicken wasn't properly drained of oil. Everything else is great!
Fabulous chicken, always fresh and the drive thru is long but fast.
I love KFC, but I'm not a fan of this particular restaurant. I've eaten here three or four times, and their original recipe chicken doesn't seem right. I felt the same way when I ate at a KFC in Calgary a few years ago. Anyway, I still eat at KFC, but I go to the one in Caldwell.
Everything was delicious. Because of shift change, I had to wait 30 minutes in the car out front on a hot day. Used AC the whole time. When I got home I was shorted 1 coleslaw. I suppose to have been given 2. Always check your order before leaving. My receipt listed 2. Can't trust anyone.

I got a 12 piece, legs and thighs meal today. Very disappointed!! It's like they came from baby chickens. They were very small pieces.
