Spent $18 on 3 slim sandwiches… mayo and mustard packets on the side. Then asked for a side of the hot peppers. - when I got to the window I was told they wouldn’t give them to me, because the slims are “cheap” sandwiches and they don’t provide veggies. Which I understand, then asked can I pay for a side of them??—-“nope”. This is the only jimmy John’s I’ve ever had this issue. Very rude, and definitely not how you treat customers….
First time I was here I ordered an East Coast Italian and they put mayo on it. ? Second time I ordered a Cuban and it had just a few slices of meat. This place is a joke and is way overrated. You're better off with either Subway or Jersey Mike's.
I love Jimmy Johns but stopped eating it for a few months because the ones I normally order from haven’t been very good lately. I hesitantly said yes to having dinner there tonight. We went to the new one on 12th. It was Fantastic..the best sandwich I’ve had in a year. Service was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am highly impressed.

Definitely not the best Jimmy John's in the valley. I have been twice and both times they have messed up my order..
Jimmy John's just isn't what it used to be....I won't be back and I've been going to them for the best go to sandwiches of any place...no more
Ordered at 7:13 pm and didn't receive my food until 8pm. It would have been fine had I been told at the time of ordering that they had a driver call in in I would be waiting awhile......... And funny how the owner only responds to positive reviews.
Friendly, fast sub sandwiches, got everything right. Pictures depicted show double meat.
Love the sandwiches, but apparently they’ve replaced “freaky fast” with “freaky slow”! You use to be able to order your sandwich(es) and they’re ready by the time you pull up to the window. Now that was freaky fast! Sitting in line for 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches!
JJ’s! Decent sandwiches for a decent price. I’ll take JJ over most fast food any day. The tuna is surprising some of the best! Love that they bought this space and turned it into something people like! Cool building.
