They were out of turkey and then charged me $2.19 to substitute it with a different meat with extra of another meat and told me that's just what they do......
Made the mistake of assuming delivery fee was the driver’s tip fee while ordering with a cold. Delivery guy made sure I knew by throwing my sandwich at the door after stapling the bag dozens of times. Won’t make that mistake again.(I did end up driving to the Jimmy John’s and giving a coworker there the delivery person’s tip. Got Wendy’s on the drive home and tossed the now questionable sandwich. Hope the delivery person has a better day tomorrow.)
These little kids in here are the worst workers I have ever seen . Management please train these workers right they messed up everyone's order and they are so retarted it was like talking to a wall

Took them 20 min to make a sandwich. Girl in window seemed annoyed. What ever happened to this place seemed to go down hill recently. Bad Employees/ management
The last two times I have visited this location, it took 30+ minutes to get through the drive through with employees standing around doing nothing.
They forgot the bacon on my sandwich and immediately offered to make it right. Thanks for a good customer service and an experience worthy of a mention.
To put it bluntly, I will never eat a sandwich from another place again. The food is awesome, and you get a huge sandwich.

Love their sandwiches but I wouldn't say they have alot of variety. I believe they only do cold sandwiches. Love the kicking ranch and the pickle on the side
