Even when they're very busy, they're super friendly and helpful. My food was good. Thanks to the badass staff
My favorite place for a grinder! Great Service,good prices,being a rewards member is awesome ? They have the Best Bread for sure. The people are all soo nice and helpful. They also have the Best Restrooms. The men's is hilarious,funny reads all over the tile!!?
I called the Happey Valley road location 15 minutes before they closed. Told them my wife had just left the boise airport ( we live in eastern Oregon between Baker and Prairie City) and asked them if they would please stay open an extra 5 or 10 minutes till she got there. He said sure no problem I ordered the sandwiches and paid so they were already when she got there. The 2 people who were working tonight are pretty awesome in my book. He didn't have to stay there just to help me out but he did. Employees like those 2 are hard to come by and they both dedeserve raises for going above and beyond

Best sandwich of the trip. I think I almost cried. The other people in the bus thought that I was crazy when I expressed my love multiple times for that big john’s sandwich. Customer service was also delightful. They had my sandwich ready before I even paid. Five stars!
Staff was friendly but we ordered 5 sandwiches for my family and 3 out of the 5 were wrong. One only had mustard and no Mayo plus the cheese was wrong. On another the meat was wrong only had mayonnaise and was missing mustard The third one was an Italian and missing all the sauce. Super disappointing.
Extremely disappointed im in the hospital all I wanted was a sandwich and they made my boyfriend who went to go get me food 2 of the same sandwiches and wouldn't fix are order all I wanted was a simple sandwich and now I can't even eat
Terrible customer service. I got the wrong sandwiches, they didn’t do anything to help when I called, the girl I spoke to was very rude. Doesn’t seem like I’m the only one, there are several reviews mentioning the awful customer service.
I used to oder from here often. But it has really gone down hill. Last time I didn't get any of the extras I ordered and paid for on my sandwich. This time my order took over an hour, and my drink was half ice! I ordered a 20oz drink and poured it into a measuring cup. I got 10oz. I'm done with this place. I'll do grub hub for other places to eat.
UPDATE: AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK OF WAITING WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER IT APPEARS THEY DO NOT CARE TO MAKE ANY EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE ISSUES I HAVE REPORTED. THIS LOCATION WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS. I always enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches, but this particular location on Happy Valley road in Nampa just can't get it right! Every time I place a delivery order they screw it up. First time, they delivered it to the wrong location. I called the manager and they told me "they are on their way to pick it up from where they delivered it and bring it to you". I asked if they could just make the order over (2 sandwiches) and send it out as I was concerned about it being handled by other people. The manager refused. Not cool! Then, the next time I ordered they totally messed up one of the sandwiches. Charged me for bacon but did not put it on, told them to hold the bread and they didn't. Hey, everyone makes mistakes, but it seems like management of this particular JJ's feels no responsibility to make them right. That's just bad business.
