First time coming in and was very disappointed. Took just over 20 minutes to have our drink made. 3 employees behind the desk, only one actually working. The other 2 were playing on their phone, and talking to each other. My family love Jamba, we go every time we visit family out of town. The longest we’ve waited for drinks was 15 minutes, but that was because the store was very busy at the time. Todays visit, we were the only ones ordering. No excuse for how long it took. I feel for the person actually doing his job. You could tell he was trying to get things done. The other two could care less.
Last time I went in, Makiah I believe was the manager on duty. She was rude to her employees in front of the customers. She was yelling, harassing and bulling them. I overheard her telling some of her co-workers about inappropriate things that clearly made them uncomfortable. She was making fun of her co-workers and was encouraging other employees to do the same. When she tried to “manage” and “help” her co-workers she was not wearing any gloves, did not have any hat or apron on from the company, and I never saw her wash her hands. As a customer, these actions seemed unprofessional. Please address her actions and inform her of the correct protocol. Despite her behavior the other employees were kind and helpful.

Came into the store. Waited for about 5 minutes several employees saw me but never came to the counter to assist me so I left. Very poor customer service.
Friendly staff and great customer service. Love that Apples and Greens. It’s great seeing new places get started in an area and all the jobs it brings with it. Way to go Jamba!!
