It was pleasant. Bar tenders were great. Food was delicious. I’d come back here again.
Friendly efficient waitress. Very knowledgeable on the menu and drink options. I had the finger steaks and they were some of the most tender cuts I recall ever having. They were cooked perfectly. My wife had the street tacos and they were very flavorful. I definitely will be going back to try additional items and enjoy the live music.
Horrible service, got sat at a table fairly quickly. promptly td our server would be right over, water delivered. waited about 15-20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us then when someone did, we wer asked how we were doing, "we haven't had our order taken" our server came over about 5 minutes layer took our order then several other people were brought to tables, served,and we still waited. we had a few other people's drink and appetizers brought to us, still no food,40 min later. our server told us it was next up,16 min later we were told again our food was next. by this time we have been there well over an hour. we were given a20%discount, not worth our wait. they were so disorganized, food was presented ok but honestly did not taste that good. never go there again, would not recommend it.
Came on a Saturday evening and it was pretty busy. Our server was good and the food was very tasty. Only issue was the food took a long time to come out. When asked about it our server went & checked and promptly came out with our meals. As some of our food was cold, it had obviously been sat there for a while waiting for the rest to be done. We did get a discount because of this but it would have been nice if the kitchen could have timed the order to all be ready at about the same time. Despite this, we enjoyed our meal and would eat there again.
They got us in quick on a Saturday night. It was crowded but they had enough staff to get orders in quickly. The food was good. My favorite was the zucchini fries appetizer ($10). Chicken strips and finger steaks were just ok. A little pricey, about the price of mid range steak house ($30-$40 for steaks). The waitress was great and took care of us.
First time coming here with my family. We had a decent size group, 5 and a high chair. They sat us down quickly & got our orders in. The atmosphere was very great & laid back place. I got a philly melt with a side salad. SO DELICIOUS! We also had a side of fries as an appetizers & I wish I knew the name but they were amazing! We got our girls finger steaks to share & they plate was finished. I'm not sure if they have a kids menu, I don't belive i saw one, but didn't ask. 10/10 would recommend & come here again!! I also eyed someone's deep fried pickles, I wurst we had gotten them too ?
Awful service twice now. Food is good but I won't support a place with customer service this bad. Update: went in to pick up the gift card that the manager promised me and said she would tell everyone and write my name on it...nobody knew anything about it!! They said they'd call me back when they figured it out but it has been 2 days and nothing. Unbelievable! I told my friends about this experience and they said "oh yeah we will never go back there, horrible service for us too". So the food is good but honestly the 1-star service isn't worth your time. Support a business that actually cares!! I had a less than stellar pick-up experience. My food sat for 10-15 minutes and got cold while I waited for it without anyone actually helping me. A very nice waitress ended up helping me almost 20 minutes after I walked in. My husband got the wrong burger. That said, I called and spoke with the manager and she made it right (see UPDATE). Honestly, I can't imagine how good the food is when it is the correct temp and hasn't been sitting. The Jak's fries must be phenomenal because even cold they were SO good. The burger salad option is great. Their Chipotle ranch is also delish.
Went for the first time, and I was impressed. Music was good not to loud not to quiet. Had a server, bartender lady, (Darcy) she was incredible!! She was a joy to deal with. fast, accurate, made great recommendations. Had a great time I will be back and sit in Darcy area again..
The food is really good, and the appetizer portions are massive (probably 15 fried pickle spears in an order). The service is friendly, but it can be a bit slow when things get busy. The atmosphere is great and be sure to check out the info on the wall about the tables, it’s truly unique!
Love this place! My husband eats meat, while the kids and I are vegetarian. We always leave liking our food and our special drinks. Also, I love their fries! It does take longer to get your food because everything is made fresh. So just know that before going in.
