Weird, says online your open until midnight. Unfortunately you close whenever the employees want ? 10:53pm on a friday night..maybe turn off your lights ? Very unprofessional.
Typical lately.. order wrong. Couldn't understand him. Masks have a place. Haha.. but not at drive up. CANNOT hear them.I have superior hearing.
Recently moved to the area, and was excited to have Jack in the Box, as we didn't have one in my old town. Everything that could go wrong, did. I got no ice in my drink, I ordered a Double Jack with no onions, and got a small single-patty burger with onions, and to top it off there was no receipt, so I couldn't scan it for reward points. SUPER disappointing.
I usually go to one of the other Nampa locations because the customer service here is so bad, but today I was getting off the night shift at my job and wanted to grab something to eat on my way home. I looked this location up online and it said they opened at 6am. I got there at 6:20. I sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes and no one greeted me at the menu board so I drove up to the window. There was a woman inside who made eye contact with me but did not come over to the window. I waited for a few more minutes before I drove around the building looking for a sign that told the hours of the store. There were none. So the only place that said anything about when this location was open is online and apparently it’s wrong…? Common decency would dictate at least coming to the window to help a customer who is obviously not in the know. Jerks.
Good luck getting any food before the sun comes up here. About 50% of the time I come through at 6:30am (clearly open hours) I don't get any1 to help take my order. I drove up to the window to see where every1 was at and I literally saw an employee crouched down hiding behind the tables in the back. What awful service at this location. There needs to be an opening manager at least.
Food was cold. Drive though wouldn't match price they were advertising on menu board. It was a difference of 8 dollars. On the two meals we ordered. Only reason I will return to any JACK IN THE BOX'S will be out of complete desperation. We visited on Sunday March 13 2022 at 1230 pm
if one things consist with this restaurant, it’s never getting your order right. the food was cold and disgusting and the staff barely even acknowledge you.
Absolutely the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever eaten at. We were given no napkins and no receipt. Most nasty bacon ultimate cheeseburger ever, cold unmelted cheese, no sauce but ketchup, and no flavor even when i tried dipping it in ranch. The counter girl handled frys with no gloves or washing her hands. Do NOT eat there.
I understand labor shortages but I can't tell you how many times I've tried to stop here and apparently it's too close to closing (like within 15 minutes) and they just refuse to acknowledge I'm there until I give up and drive off. It's crazy enough how often they change their hours but then for the staff to just ignore you when they're supposed to be open...Such awful service! Will go out of my way from now on to go to a different location if I want Jack in the Box!
There bacon cheese burger is so good I had it for lunch and dinner fries were amazing thank u that's why I gave you 5 stars keep the good work
