Fantastic spicy chicken burger. Very crispy, quite larger than the bun. Really good curly drained French fries. Kind service.
The young lady taking the order had a lackadaisical attitude, the curly fries were very stale and couldn't be eaten, the jumbo Jack burger was very average and was nothing like the picture showed.
Asked for no sausage multiple times still put sausage on my egg cheese croissant and asked for coke and gave me grape Fanta
The refused to take my order and the workers kept hiding out in the kitchen. Place is a joke now and don’t bother coming here. Plus, McDonald’s is always better than this overpriced trash ?
10pm. Lights went out, they closed the store and ignored the drive thru. Very rude. Looked straight at us and turned away. But the drive thru sign says 24 hours. They could have ATLEAST acknowledged us.
We just sat in the driveway for 10 min only to pull away empty handed. The location states the drive thru is 24 hr, 2 employees just stood inside without acknowledging three cars waiting to order. Im super disappointed in how unprofessional this establishment represents this company.
This has happened not once but multiple times! When I come inside to order there is always a girl on the phone sometimes she’s talking on the phone or she’s eating by the front counter while her coworkers are doing the work for her! I have never seen her wash her hands before taking my order just moves her food…RIDICULOUS and very unsanitary.
I love the food here. I tried the number 11 with curly fries (as usual) and I gotta say that the chicken sandwich is really good

I went to this Jack in Box for a small fry and two tacos, there was 1 truck in front of us, pulled up to order my food and had to wait several minutes to even get them to take my order then we sat, and sat and sat behind the truck for at least 5 min, this was a Sunday, there was literally 2 of us sitting there waiting for our food!! This Jack in the Box was “THE” slowest, where is the customer service?? I will “NOT” be going to this Jack in the Box again.. no one seems to care about service anymore since Covid
