Word of warning, if you go here, check your order before you leave, because it will be wrong, whether they are busy or not, your order will be wrong. They will send you to wait in their marked spots, away from the window, whether they are busy or not. So if your order is wrong, and you check it before you leave, you get to go through the drive through again. They will have left at least one thing out (probably more) that you will have paid for. In addition, apparently giving out more than 1 ranch and 2 napkins is going to bankrupt them. I don't know if ownership has changed recently or what, but their accuracy and quality of food have gone down in the last few months.
Every time I go here no matter what I order I'm told to park and wait for the food. Usually 15 min minimum. Today me and 4 others were parked. One after another till no cars were in the drive thru. When the food finally came out we all got our food at the same time which was odd. All of it was cold once I got home. I tried calling and got no answer.
I ordered 4 tacos from this place because usually they are good but this time I ordered and when I paid like 10seconds later my tacos were done so quick as if they just had the tacos sitting there standing for awhile because when I got my tacos they were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted and I had hardly any taco sauce in it and it tasted old and as if they been sitting out for awhile couldn’t even finish them. Gross.I want them fresh not ones that been out for awhile and become cold.
Only cause i pulled up at 930, and after watching the car ahead of me take their time ordering and were served and then was told they were closed when it was my turn yo order. the hours said they were open until 10pm but they turned at least 5 other cars away after my while i pulled away from the building.
Tacos are cold, tenders are old, ordered a large curly fry and get a half filled cup. Don’t charge people for a large and give them a small.
Food is fine but the younger employees have a poor attitude, if they don't like their job they should get a new one.
Got a sourdough jack they gave me the end piece of one side of the bread but instead of toasting the white side they just left it un toasted , i guess to hide the end piece as to it was on the inside now i don't mind the end piece but it just the way they did it left 5he burger dry i had to remove that piece altogether today the burger.
Cashier couldn't get order right. The breakfast sandwich looked like they just slapped it together. A very tiny slice of bacon and ham slice was so thin it was transparent. I was surprised that they included the egg on the supreme croissant.
Not exactly the $10 burger meal I expected. Why would you send this out to a customer lol.
Sandwich with no onions fries and a drink with no ice. Got a smashed burger with sauce all over it, see picture. Fries stale and chewy. And a cup so full of ice I think there was hardly any pop in it. Thought the order was pretty simple. Who knew it was so difficult....
