Went for kids eat free Tuesday night. Food was pretty good but the service lacked. Took about 15 minutes to order. They forgot to cook my husband's meal so it came 10 minutes after the rest of the family. Seemed like we were sitting there waiting a long time even though it was not very busy. They forgot to take off the price of the kids meals at first, then took the receipt back to make adjustments and took another 10 minutes. While the food was good, it took a long time and wasnt a great deal even with the kids meals free. Not worth it imo.
Terrible Food Service. Would highly recommend NOT GOING THERE. We ordered our food and then waited an hour and fifteen minutes for COLD FOOD. My butter wouldn't even melt on my Waffle. I asked for strawberry syrup on top and it covered maybe one piece of the Waffle. We talked to the manager she comped us 11 dollars on a 60 dollar ticket.
We have been so fortunate to have Kara as our server both recent visits. She is the reason, we now will go out of our way to visit IHop. Her manager should give her a big raise, and have other employees emulate her style. Thank you Kara for the great job you do, and the kindness you show all of us. Bill
Our hostess was very polite... but our waitress had a very nasty attitude .. I actually called out on it and asked her if we had a problem? Or if she was having a bad day!! she was negative from the start well she never came back she sent another girl to help us... which we were completely fine with..
Our server Dallas was great, for a 1am experience when this was the only thing open and they were bombarded with take out orders it was surprisingly a wonderful experience.The food was great, the server was kind and polite (and refilled water) and the atmosphere was relaxed.
What people do not realize when they say it takes to long to get food. They get so many togo orders and you have no idea. If you do not like it, fix your own at home!!!!!
Delicious breakfast, I had the Spicy poblano omelette and pancakes. The French toast was delicious too.
My husband and I were the only ones there you would think we would have great service, only got 1 cup of coffee forgot our toast and no syrup for our pancakes tried to get there attention but they were to busy talking 10 minutes later after the cakes were cold I got there attention. Food was very good, cook did a good job Were was the Manager if they don't care about the customer service you loose business, make no money. The floors were very very dirty.
They always go above and beyond at this IHOP! I said that I needed a vacation, the server said she didn't have plane tickets but she brought me the next best thing...a sausage log cabin with egg yolk lakes surrounded by bacon and hashbrown trees and they even made the delicious cupcake pancakes into carvings depicting me battling wild bears that were somehow given armored suits in great detail. It should have taken months but was faster than even the simplest of meals. The staff there is full of brilliant people. They are modest too so don't try to fact check, they will say I'm lying.
Happy hour prices are really good. The ham& cheese omelet w/ pancakes was very tasty as was the cheeseburger.Some of the upholstery was worn but it was clean and the waitress was nice.
