There was food on the floor. The salad bar was a mess. The lettuce at the salad bar was very wilty. It took about 45 minutes for our small pizza to come out. When I was waiting to ask for a box I saw five workers working in the back making pizzas two were wearing gloves and three were not. They were putting their hands into the containers where the food was and putting it on the pizza and then putting their hand in the next container and they were not wearing any gloves whatsoever. Myself and two family members were there and we all got sick after we left. I will not be going back to that restaurant.
The pizza, not matter if it’s pepperoni pizza or Idaho supreme, is always always ALWAYS doughy. I’ve asked them multiple times to cook it longer so it’s more done but it’s still being doughy. I don’t know about you but I don’t like biting into a slice of pizza and it being uncooked. I’ve only had issues with this at the Iowa location and Homedale locations. I love their breadsticks and salad bar but I’m no longer paying for continuously doughy pizza.
Pulled in and there were only a couple cars in the parking lot, and now I know why. We went inside and there were three small tables being used in the entire restaurant. When we went up to order the guy told us it would be a one hour wait! I was like, are you kidding? But they had all these orders over the phone for pick up. It seems to me that you would make the people inside your restaurant your top priority since they took time to come there. Terrible PR. I mean, why even have an eat in restaurant? We left. I cannot comment on how good or bad their pizza is. It may be fantastic, but we did not want to sit in an almost empty restaurant waiting for an hour!
We visited this location at 5:30 on a Friday evening. We expected busy, but were surprised the dining room was empty. We were told the pizza would be about an hour, but were willing to wait with salad bar and drinks. Our twists arrive at our table an hour and a half later, then the pizzas took another 10 minutes. No apologies for the delay. There was one other family still waiting when we left and they ordered right after us. We know that a Friday night will be busy but a restaurant should prioritize their dine-in guests. We watched at least 5 other families leave when they heard it would take over an hour to get their pizza, that's a lot of lost business! It seems as though this location has outgrown the size of their kitchen and staff. We will not be back.
We have tried many times. The service is very slow. It takes forever to get your pizza. Today we thought we would give it a try because there weren’t many cars in the parking lot. We waited a 40 min for a personal size pizza for our toddler. When we asked about it the server told us “you’ll have to ask up front I just deliver the pizzas”. We left when three different large pizzas came out, for tables who came in after us. We did not get our pizza . Terrible service. Every experience.
Pizza is always bomb diggity. And on top of that the salad is bomb also. Only thing is when getting the salad the plastic shield should be cut down so it's easier to get the back side ingredients. I can show up and cut it down for ya guys let me know. Thank you guys.
I can’t help but wonder how much money the owner(s) of this location are taking instead of meeting the bare minimum expectations of what Idaho Pizza Company is supposed to present. Never seen a delivery time under 2 hours, most nights pick up is just as long. The people that work there always have a smile on their face, but the owners can’t do so much as to lift a finger to get a working phone system. If I was the owner of the brand, I’d be looking for new people to franchise to.
Don't ever ask for delivery, I call at 11 and at 1 our pizza was still not here. When we call at 12:30 asking where it was they told us it's on our way. Called back at 1 and again she said it's ready and will be on its way. At this point I asked for a refund and didn't even want the pizza. Then the manager hung up the phone as if it's our fault we ordered in the first place! No customer service what's so ever!!!
After waiting more than 30 minutes to get to the counter, I was informed of an hour and a half to two hour wait time which is honestly absurd on both wait times. After I managed to explain that I had ordered and paid in advance, I then received cold food, All in all, not likely to spend money here again, rather go to a chain that is quicker, more reliable, and honestly tastes better. Now of course the last part is strictly opinion, however the wait times are fact.
Boise location is better. I'll add some feedback. The pizza we get is always super inconsistent with how it's cooked. Classic idaho pizza crust isn't always the case. Just sloppy at times. I'll never stop eating here though. Round table is my OG lover but Idaho Pizza will always hold a place close to my heart.
