I really want this place to be good since there are limited options for Pizza in Nampa but they fall short each time I give them a chance. Tonight, I waited for 2 hours before calling and they blame the delay on door dash because they use them for deliveries. They did credit a pizza to my account after cancelling my order but I’m not sure I want to deal with the stress to ever redeem it. Hopefully someone can get this place on its feet and trending in the right direction. BTW, I ordered pizza through door dash after this from a different restaurant and had it delivered within 30 minutes.
The manager here has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. While I was eating in the restaurant she was yelling and cussing at her employees, I also watched her put my $5 tip directly into her pocket when she hadn’t even served me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she explained that she was the manger and if I didn’t like it I could leave. Love the pizza, never going back as long as she works there.
This place is busy busy yesterday . They didn't answer phone after many tries so went in to order- yes pizza is that good. Ordered 2 contest pizzas large. They have a special if you buy one you get one half off. Appreciate the one guy wearing gloves. With being so busy they were running cash register, wiping noses, and handling food. It's a bit scary so please All need to wear gloves or wash between some of this - it's risky. I'd be willing to wait an extra few minutes. Anyway the pizzas are full of ingredients and that is a constant. Another good experience here. Been here about 4 times. This was about a 45 minute wait - normally 30. But they are popular.
My order is always ready. Unless I have a salad, they make the salads when you get there so they are fresh. The pizza is incredible. The prices for the pizzas is as expected as the pizza is freaking delicious! Fresh parmesan cheese to go, I love it!
Ordered a pizza for carry out, told it would be 30 minutes. I went to pick up our pizza after about 23 minutes assuming we might be a little early but checked anyways. Staff was standing at the counter and eating pizza when we arrived. When we asked about our pizza they realized it hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen yet! We were willing to pay $40 for pizza and a side but they couldn’t even be bothered to send the order to the kitchen. We walked out hungry and angry. Friday night and it was dead, i understand why now.
We ordered a vegetarian pizza for delivery and it came covered with chicken. I called the store and they said they messed up the order, and they would leave a manager card on the board so when I came in next they would give me a free pizza. When I explained I was hoping to have the pizza for dinner tonight they said they could take my number and then hung up on me. Friday night sort of ruined and I can’t even get my money back evidently.
Yummy, small vegetarian on whole wheat with family salad! Dressing delicious. Affordable and able to feed three! I eat meat too! So, it was that good! I like their other pizzas too! Great service.

5 stars for me. Service is always meh, expect to be helped is all. And as far as what we had was definitely well made and tasted amazing. Recommend getting their Hawaiian and their meat lovers, they will not disappoint you. We also tried their bacon and cheese breadsticks and was so enjoyable.
Love F.P. but it has been affected like any other business by Covid. There is no salad bar currently but the pies fabulous as always. Be prepared for the higher cost of FP but know it's worth it.
