I had an issue with my drink because the flavoring was not up to usual. Went through they remade my drink twice and were really caring, helping me fix my problem. I felt terrible pulling a “Karen” but I did pay for drinks that I was wanting, and was expecting them. Even though there was trouble they fixed my issue.
In the past couple of years, their flavor quality has gone down. It doesn't matter if I order coffee or a flavored beverage, I always have to ask for 3x flavor and I can still barely taste it. This is Dutch across the board, not just one location.

Dutch is always good but today I felt like they ignored me. I ordered 1 iced latte with almond milk. I waited in line while 2 separate cars behind me got served first , wasn't right
I love this Dutch Bros. There is always a line no matter what time of day it, but the line goes so fast you have your drink and back on the road in no time at all. FANTASTIC WORK DUTCH BROS ON 12th Ave in Nampa.

The blended iced coffees are always great especially the 911 heart attack with an extra shot will definitely get your day going in the right direction. Plus the blended Red Bull Energy Drinks and different kinds of flavorings. There's a long line for a reason Dutch Bros has great customer service and drinks hot or cold you can never go wrong.
