So they closed delivery services, which is too bad because I enjoyed surprising my wife with drinks. Plus the last few times I went, once the drink was wrong and once it was poorly made. I'm guessing other locations are still fine though.
Great experience at the Dutch brothers! I love this company. They have so many great coffees. I tried to try all the new ones. I really love the new nitro drinks with soft top. Such a good choice if you're trying to watch your sugars and calories. Dutch Bros has everything for every person. Great stuff. I always love the interactions. Get the app it pays to use points.

Love DB, but I was disappointed in receiving a drink that wasn't what I ordered and made me gag it was gross. I explained what happened and they made the correct drink. I've never had that happen, but this location seemed very chaotic. Everyone running around inside.
Staff is incredible. I've been coming here almost daily for like 6 months and have only ever had my drink wrong once (and it was an understandable mistake). Love this location!
I have been going to dutch for years and their coffee has always been great! However, this location specifically has been very disappointing in the last few months with the customer service. I understand it gets busy especially in the mornings due to the fact that most people stop by to get their drink before work. It is so incredibly frustrating when the employees talk for over 5-10 minutes per car, holding up the line! Now I get being friendly and giving customers a good experience, however, it's not fair for other customers to wait longer because they're having a entire life long story conversation to every car. You're okay to be nice like I said, but the constant chatting need to stop so you can get through your line quicker! The other day, i was only the 2nd car in line and it took well over 10 minutes to get the car in front of me out due to 3 employees talking to that one car, while a line is forming!! Out of those 3 employees no one took the iPad and started taking orders until much longer, definitely not ok and not good for business. That's not fair or considerate to other customers. Definitelysomething that needs to be worked on. Lastly, I've noticed too, when I order my drink 9/10 it's made correctly, however, lately I've noticed the employees will talk over me and not hear me entirely and end up making my drink wrong.. (maybe the music needs to be turned down as well) please listen to your customer and read it back to them that way you don't mess up the order due to you interrupting someone when they're trying to order.
Always a go to tastes good looks good fun staff only negative I have is afternoon staff is more avoidance of customers and more invested in louder then usual music and inter circle chat
Went in at 730pm on May 2nd. Ordered a small Mocha. The dude in the window was very obnoxious and unhelpful. While his coworker and trainee were working hard he just sat in the window trying to talk to my wife and I until we made it clear we were not interested. Then he moved behind his struggling crew and started singing and extending his hand out like they even had time to pay attention to him. It was annoying and he apologized for the wait on the mocha since it took a lifetime. Good for the crew and trainee for hanging in there. Zero stars for annoying American idol reject. Find something to do and help your team!
Great staff here, and great coffee!! I'm here sometimes 3 times a day when I'm in town!! :-)
Workers are friendly, my drink didn't taste like it normally does but all around great experience.
