Love this place. Great coffee and good customer service. They have a great rewards program on their app.
It's was ok. The service was far to Middeln'. I think them telling you were to put the tip is B.S. it's not up to you whether you get a tip or not. It's bad enough paying $7-10 for a coffee. My tip to you is. Don't expect it. Earn it. Pushing buttons on a tablet We do dailyIf you get the order right then your doing what your suppose to do that what we call work. A bonus is when you put shine yourself. Then a tip is deserved. But do expect it from me again if im told where to put their tip.
Love this location! I come multiple times a week and get a rebel. It has 2 lines that merge into 1 window and I stay on the outside lane. Since I get a rebel they can make it super fast so I usually don't go to the window and can drive around around the other cars so if you get rebels this location is fast!
The place seems to just be very unorganized and unprofessional. They mess up drinks constantly, switch out drinks and can never seem to get the sizes right after they charged you for a medium. The night shift crew are very slow, not that they’re understaffed but because they sit at the window and chat with there friends for 10 minutes when they can see a line forming. Go to the one on caldwell they actually have experience and know what they’re doing.
As always the employee's treat you with the up most respect. If you need to know what's in a certain drink they will be glad to tell you. They are always so very friendly, and greet you with a smile. Dutch Bros you ROCK.

They can never make my drink how I request it and goofing off seems to be more important. This location used to be wonderful but now it’s just lack there of.
My wife enjoys your cappuccino. When she isn't feeling well, I try to bring her a cup or two. Lifts her spirits and seems to put a smile on her face. Thanks
