This store consistently takes an hour (usually more) to deliver food with no warning about wait time. My food has been in the quality check stage for an hour now so when I get it i'm sure it will be cold. :(Additionally, there is always at least one mistake with our order. As much as I love the buffalo chicken pizza, I cannot recommend buying it from them because they will leave out the buffalo sauce 9 times out of 10.
I love getting domino's. It's convenient and good quality for the price. But every single time I order my preferred pizza, which includes extra BBQ sauce, someone making it is acting like there's a shortage of it. I wouldn't normally leave a review, but it happens so often, I felt it was necessary.
If I could give a 0 star I would, I got my pizza for delivery and then an hour later called due to the online app saying it was still being prepared, for them to tell me it was a 3 hour wait (the website never warned me of that) and asked if I wanted to change it to carry out. So I did, showed up and asked if my delivery charge would be refunded and they told me they can’t refund it but would give me a 2 liter drink? Not only I wasn’t warned about the many hour wait for delivery, but I had to drive down and get my own pizza and then they cannot refund me basically my own gas to come get the pizza!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
Today I ordered from this location because the Greenhurst location closes at 10PM for some strange reason... easily the worst Domino's Pizza pie I have ever ordered/witnessed/eaten. Horrid. I guess their 1/2 price deal means half the pizza toppings ... half the cheese... heck, half the sauce. It was pathetic.
A pizza is good, the service is Fast and the prices are great. It's good if you don't want to cook dinner and want to pick up something quickly.
I just want to send a shout out to everyone working tonight at the 12th Street Dominoes. Using the computer to order my pizzas tonight there was a glitch of some sort and my pizzas said they had been delivered, yet at my house they hadn’t. I looked at my order and turned out it was delivered to our old house we haven’t been at for over 2 years. I immediately called explained that my dinner was delivered to the wrong address, the guy that answered, forgive me I don’t recall his name, was all about customer service. He jumped into action and remade my entire dinner (75 dollars worth) said it would likely be an hour and got us our order in just over 40 minutes. Thank you everyone that worked so hard to get it to the right address hot and ready to eat!!!!
These people really move to get your order correct and to you as fast as they can. And on the rare occasion the order was not as I would like, they do their best to make it right. I consider this Domino’s to be One of the best in the franchise.
Ordered multiple pizzas on the app. They sent one pizza with all the toppings on the single pizza . Called to remedy the situation. Customer service is incredibly lacking. No solution was offered. Just that I could pay full price for more pizzas. 29$ for one pizza and cheesy bread ? n their 2or more for 6.99$. I will not be spending any more money to a company that won't even attempt to make amends for an error.
Last time ordering from this store. Ordered at 5:52, tracker said it left the store at 6:15, and then proceed to watch the tracker and watch as the delivery driver goes to 7+ other locations that were no where near my residence or the store. About 7:30 rolls around and I’m done waiting, she hasn’t showed up and just when I thought she was heading my way she turns down a road going far away again. I called and canceled my order. It’s been sitting out for over an hour and those bags aren’t great. The driver should not be taking that many deliveries at one time. Don’t care how busy you are. Group the deliveries that are close to each other and maybe do 3. I don’t think Unique knows what she’s doing as a shift lead or manager whichever she is. I gave them the benefit of the doubt a few times but this was the last. I can understand short staffing to a point, I’ve worked the madness before but it’s getting worse and quality is dropping.
I've never actually been there. However, I've ordered delivery many times. And they've never let me down. My favorite pizza is the Cheeseburger pizza. The best sandwich is the philly cheese steak. And the buffalo wings are the best wings here.
