This place is fantastic! Not only did the attendee give a great recommendation for a first-timer, but he had me sample some of the meat! Very good food, friendly staff, and authentic BBQ!
I’ve never left a negative review on a restaurant, but ill make an exception for this establishment. Everytime I eat here I say it will be my last time. Then 6 months go by and I make the same mistake. I think it’s just this location. Start off by saying who in the heck deep fries non breaded wings!! Lol… Everything we ordered was extremely dry. Wings were as to be expected after seeing them deep fried! Rubber like skin and dry. The kitchen has major build up on everything and looks like it’s never been cleaned. I couldn’t imagine being an owner of a restaurant and letting all this happen. #chumbucket2.0
Food was tasteless and Luke warm at best. Repeated order 3 times for them to forget half of it. Asked them for a bag for my 2 boxes and max and cheese… they looked at me like I was interrupting their conversation. Go elsewhere for authentic bbq.
I ordered a family birthday dinner online 3 days in advance. The day the order was due, I called twice before it was to be ready and was assured that the order would be ready by 5pm. I had someone pick up the order at 5 and he was told that my order was not placed. I then called them and clarified that my order was received and was told that the "front desk was confused and it would be ready in 10 minutes" even though it was already 15 min after the due time. Needless to say, it was extremely stressful even though I did everything possible ahead of time to make sure that my order wasn't messed up. When I got to the dinner, the sides were all extremely small and not nearly enough food. My mom and sister had to make more food because when I called the restaurant I was told by two young ladies (one claimed to be manager) that there was nothing they could do and that I was stuck with the food they gave me and that they would not upgrade the sides. Extremely disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again. The XL pack is way too expensive with far less food then is advertised.
Ordered on the website for curb side pick up. Got there, they said the order was complete. We waited at least 20 minutes before my brother-in-law went inside. When he told the manager we were there for a curb side pick up and have been waiting 20 minutes the manager said "for future reference the orders are on the end of the counter". What's the point of offering curb side pick up then?? When my BIL went to grab the order, it wasn't complete and they had to.prep a few more things for our order. Why set it there and say it's complete when it clearly wasn't. By far the worst customer service we have ever experienced.
Ordered Dickey's for a birthday dinner with my wife and we are super dissapointed. We both ordered the 2 meat plate meals and well... we got about half of everything. My wife only recieved one of her meats and one side (supposed to be 2 of each), we didn't get any of the sauce we ordered, so we tried to enjoy dry meat, and they didn't add the pickles or onions which isn't a big deal but it's a nice bonus... Sad to say we won't be ordering here anymore.
I gave it 2 stars because the staff was nice. Except the one I think was the manager on shift. It's only 2 stars because a gentleman had gotten the wrong side and they switched it out for him but I watched the employees dump what he gave back, back in the container. Then as I was checking out there was two other gals behind me, the one guy asked the presumed manager if something was "bad", I didn't see what it was but I guessing the Mac and cheese, she agreed and the other gal on the floore mentioned something about me taking the order to go. It was difficult to hear them but I heard enough. The presumed manager asked me if I was taking it and I said yes. Her reply was "oh, ok oh well" and they put my food in the bag. I probably should've questioned further but thought maybe they were talking about something else. I got home, the rolls were literal rocks, the Mac and cheese did not look or smell good so I didn't eat it.
This is my what 16 doller 2 meat comes like. If i could give no stars i would, we ordered delivery thru dickys online ordering. 2 dried out ribs that were uneatable. Anyone with any pride in there bbq would have trashed them. The brisket supposed to be sliced, but just a hunk of dried out meat really... food was way later than estimated, yeah i get it its an estimate and stuff happens and we didn't get our kids drinks to top it off....all i have to say is never again
Management negligence on display.Dickey’s is usually a safe bet, but not this location.Meat was dry, overcooked.One employee in the kitchen. She was sweet, but obviously not happy.Dirty kitchen: everything covered in grease and dust.Dirty dining room. Sticky. Dust. Food on tables.Disgusting restrooms. No soap.
Delicious food as usual. Everything was served nice and warm. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was prepared quickly and efficiently. The brisket is served fork tender with great flavor. Coleslaw was chilled nicely and sweet. Quite reasonable cost for a delicious meal. I've been going to Dickey's for years and really enjoy it.
