Customer service was horrible, I ordered 7 combo meals online right after they opened, when we got there to pick up we were told, not very nicely that next time we order we had to order the night before or 3 hours before we want to pick up. They said since it was a big order it should have been put in hold so they could help the people that walk in. What is the difference whether we order online or walk in and order? They were just upset they had a big order off the bat. I'm still a paying customer whether I order online or a walk in. Sounds like a customer service training needs to be done.
We have driven by 100 times. Finally stopped in. Food was delicious and Owner’s very pleasant. This is becoming our new go to place. Service excellent food excellent.
I wish I could give ZERO stars but sadly I guess I have to give them credit for something. Everybody gets a consolation prize right?! I placed an order for curbside, 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had to go in the store because the updates had the order in process of being bagged for 25 minutes. The sandwiches were sitting under the warmer so they gave us those and the sides. Got out to my truck and we were missing at least 4 sides. We were told they don’t have waffle fries however we were not called to ask what they could substitute nor were we advised upon pickup. So they don’t have waffle fries and just chose to hand over the order without notifying us or providing anything else. We thought we had the sides all figured out after being given a sub, that we had to ask for. We also thought all the sandwiches were there. We ordered 2 of the exact same ones. We ordered on our way home from Birds of Prey to pick up in Nampa and take home to Star. Got home and realized one whole sandwich was missing. In addition 2 of the pork pulled sandwiches were filled with the worst quality of meat. Dried up hard chunks that you couldn’t even chew through. This was a $100 order. I’ve called and requested a refund for the missing sandwich, asked for a call back from the manager. I’m guessing this won’t happen but I can tell you this is the worst service and quality of food we’ve ever had from Dickey’s. I don’t know if these are franchised but do yourself a favor and avoid this one.I highly recommend the Eagle location. We catered with them a month ago and the service and food was impeccable. Hey Nampa, give them a call if you want to see how a successful Dickey’s is managed.
Dicky’s food is always wholesome and delicious. It’s a bummer they still don’t have their ice cream machine going but food is still worth it. A little bit on the pricey side but portions are still good.
if I could give less than 1 star, I would. this is by far the worst BBQ ever. they don't even cook their meats with any BBQ sauce. I have it twice and both times, disappointed. Todays food not only took an hour to make one sandwich and sides, but I was in the bathroom in an hour with diarrhea..
Missing half our order - and last time we ordered from them (3-4 months ago) our order was wrong then too. Both our orders had large pieces of fat and was not good.
Worst Dickies ever!!! They can never manage to get an order correct. Love paying for something not put in the bag.? or even not getting what we ordered. They should take the baked potatoes off the menu...they never have them. Never going back and will definitely be spreading the word how horrible this place is.

Great Southern Style BBQ, Loved the fried Okra, the ladies did my carry out order perfect.
This is $6 worth of salad shown next to the container of free BBQ sauce that came with our meal for two. Cesar Salad, that's right; lettuce, 5 croutons, a lil dressing. That's 3.9oz (yes, I weighed it) not even one cup of salad for SIX DOLLARS. My advice- get your diatary fiber elsewhere!
