Friendly staff, they get very busy during afternoon hours/ rush, but your food is fresh and hot
Waited a total of about 45 minutes to get my food!! It was around 8:30 and they didn’t focus on the people ordering inside. Customer Service was awful!!!???
Food was good. The drive thru was painfully slow. Hate sitting there and burning gas at today's prices.
Gross. I've gone to this del taco numerous times but it's never my choice. I always vote against it and here's why: 1. I've found hair in my food 2. They're beans are disgusting and plain 3. Overall the food is just not good. Whenever my family goes there, I never eat the food.
Don't let new employees that aren't trained work the window. I got charged for a fiesta pack with Del Tacos when I just wanted a regular snack taco fiesta pack. And I got charged 2.99 each for two Medium Iced Teas that are supposed to be off the Value menu at $1.29. A difference of $9 I got overcharged and the employee had no clue of the menu when I questioned it. Train your employees properly before letting them lose.

I placed an order thru the app. In that app it says pick up in restaurant. When I got there the in restaurant was closed. So I had to wait through the drive thru where there was a line of 12 cars.So finally get there at the window they had me my food. I asked if that was everything. The young man says yep. I asked 3 times and he said yep. Well low and behold I was missing fries and 2 burritos.And the resolution was for me to drive back and have them make my food fresh. But I live 25 miles from that restaurant. Very disappointed in Del Taco.
Great food great prices. In comparison... Taco Bell is a 2 Star. Real steak and real ground beef. Not what Taco Bell call calls ground beef. They even have $2.00 it's all the time. You must order the Chili Cheese Fries. The best and Fast Friendly Service and Staff.
I always get the Cali burrito, I order it with no fires in it and change it to steak. I'm on a strick diet intake and this is my cheat meal. They always do a great job. I also only get that no other side items. My friends like the food here also. Please note we only get food from at night. Idk if the same staff is working at other times.
Employees are chill. Food is way better than taco bell and so are employee attitudes. Love the weekly deals, feed the family for cheap.
