Great experience! Everything about my order was hot, fresh, and delicious.Spacious parking lot, and easy to navigate drive thru. We didn't wait at all in line until our order was being made fresh!
went because of there advertisement. I have to learn when a burger chain advertise they make the burger look larger normal expectations. not large at all . look at you palm. that's about the size of it. but , it was3 3 on a scale of 5
How does a chicken strip basket double in price just by adding a drink and extra fries? Not to mention I'm missing a chicken tender and didn't get the extra fries I paid for.I called and they gave me credit so I can't be too upset but man
If I could put no stars i would. Stood at the front desk for 5 min. Nobody even looked at me, just kept making drinks
When we walked in dairy, a gentleman was very polite and took our order. But when I asked if we can get our table wipped down he turned to the girl and asked her, as he was taking an order, she was very disrespectful and said no and never came out to wipe our table. When the gentleman was done taking the order he came out to apologize and wiped our table..When we went up to ask for ranch she was still being disrespectful towards us and had a stare towards us. This is very unprofessional of her to treat her customers like this. I will not be returning!!! By the way she treated us.( Her name was Halley's)
The drive thru was super fast. The gal that took my payment was so nice. I even added a blizzard at the last minute with no hesitation she smiled and accepted payment. Refreshing to have someone so flexible at the drive thru.
Small but cozy, the lighting inside is darker than most fast food places, which was nice. Employees did a lot of talking that didn't have a lot to do with working and a lot of them were leaning on the counter. No cell phones were out though! Blizzards haven't changed much since 1995, except the ingredients are always at the bottom of the cup.
We really enjoyed our experience and the food was fast the staff was great. They seem to be a great team. Don't see this kind of great service to much now a days. Only complaint is due to the chicken strips they must be making them up ahead of time and sit them under a heat lamp. I'd rather wait a bit to get piping hot chicken strips. Probably o.k. in kids meals for the heat lamp chicken strips but not for adults. We will come back but hoiping I will get a hot chicken strip. ?
The service is always fast and they always get my order right. Food is great. Employees are always nice and make sure everything is correct :)
