The drive through wait was about 30 minutes. I was a little miffed at that, and I figured I would give them 2 stars. But, the kid at the window was working hard and still had a good attitude, so I decided on 4 stars .
We really enjoyed our visit! Great customer service, tried one of the new stack burgers and it was fantastic.Granddaughter had her usual chicken tenders which were done to perfection (not to be confused with chicken nuggets.) Tried the gravy sauce she got with her fries and it was really good! Overall we really enjoyed the experience and I don't do fast food very often.
2 Stars solely because they got our order right. We sat over an hour to get 4 mini blizzards... not because they were short staffed, they had 9 employees visible. They just were terribly organized. When Covid hit last year we figured, "Fine, things are crazy, slow service is expected" but a year has passed and the service isn't improved any. Save yourself the frustration and drive to McDonald's across the street.And before the Relations Team responds, I've left my review, I've "Come back and given another shot". This location is just poorly run and not worth the time.
Man I get that it is hard to find employees right now but today my daughter and I got 2 cheeseburgers and an order of fries and it has been 45 minutes and still no food... There seems to be at least 10 people working so it seems fairly well staffed. I really don't understand what takes so long to make a couple cheeseburgers. I could have driven across town to Red Robin and gotten some burgers by now... I only give 2 stars because when the food finally does show up it's at least good usually.Edit - dropped to 1 star because the food just never showed up at all. Waited for an hour, then went to the counter and waited there for about 5 minutes to ask someone to give me a refund, waited another 5 minutes while that person had to get someone else who could do that, but they were busy making someone else's food (meanwhile I see on the order board my stuff is in the #1 spot so I would assume my stuff would be being prepared). Finally got my refund and we went to Subway instead. I really doubt we will be going back anytime soon. This location is by far the worst run DQ I have ever been to.
The manager was being rude to his employees. I was telling my son about this person, he said he is always like that. Appreciate the job! Food was good
This Dairy Queen is one of my favorite ones in the area. The employees are very curtious and polite. I enjoy it when I am greeted with a smile instead of someone who really doesn't want to be there working. By far I give this Dairy Queen high ratings. Good job DQ on 12th Ave Nampa.
I ordered delivery from this location and chicken was burnt on the outside but completely raw on the inside. It tasted funny until I realized what I was eating.
Going to dairy queen has always been a nostalgic thing for me but the last few times it takes FOREVER to get our food and the orders are messed up half the time and the food just isn't that great. I would rather drive to big bun which is 30 min away vs 5 min to get food and better ice cream than go here again.
Finally figured out why there's always a long line here. It's way better fast food than most of the restaurants on 12th. I'm happy to give them five stars. My order was correct and my food was hot and tasty. I can handle a longer wait and paying slightly more if they at least get those things right and this place did just that.
Worst! Avoid this location! They do NOT adhere to corporate recipes and requirements! Orders are never confirmed. Cleanliness is an after-thought...And on top of ALL that, they are Super slow. And if you call them out on it, the manager just shrugs and the franchise owner could care less.
