Cookies were delicious, but quite pricey.The girl that greeted us was friendly and helpful, but it seemed as though she and only one other employee were taking their job seriously.Other employees didn’t seem interested in being there or helping out.

Love their lemon bar cookies, the others are just ok, not a whole lot of flavor. Expensive. Service wasn't great this time around, we ordered ahead, but when I got there to pick it up they filled everyone's order in the store, including people who ordered after I was at the pickup counter, before filling our order - I wasn't too impressed.
The berries and cream is just delicious, The cookies are soft and not too sweet! My family's new favorite dessert.
I have done online ordering twice and both times when I go to pick up at the time stated I have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. This is after having to get their attention to get help. Customers that come in and order after I have arrived get their order sooner.When you do online ordering and it's paid for you should be able to pick up at time stated.The cookies are good and it's nice that they don't always have the same type.If the customer service was better than I would have gave more stars.
These cookies are phenomenal. My fav is the classic sugar with pink icing. I know it’s gonna be a gods day when I get to work and see a crumbl box! I ordered at the store bout an hour ago. They had my order ready before I could put my card back into my wallet. They were friendly and I’ll definitely be back! I’m working in Idaho as a traveler and I sure wish they had one of these back home in Warner Robins, Georgia!
