Food and service was average. This review is more for the misnomer of a brand name they chose while offering exactly zero fish/seafood options. Pretty misleading.
Fresh food. Clerk was nice. Had the salad with roast chicken. Next time I'll try one of their burritos ?. Just remember that an ounce of guacamole will cost 99 cents and sour cream is an extra 50 cents. I'll probably go back before too long.
The food was good but 75% of the photos were of couples, made me feel very sad and lonely. Also you need music. Please and thank you.
Food is always good. Always hot. This location keeps their lobby very clean.I just wanted to share something that happened today for some positive feedback. I ordered meals for myself and two others. They weren’t complicated by any means but I do understand when one person orders for multiple people it can get confusing. The guy who was ordering behind me was clearly irritated he didn’t go before me. The woman making the food accidentally made his order as one of mine. I think the frustrating part was he watched her do it and he knew she was doing it and he waited until she was done to be snarky about it. Like he even said “you didn’t even ask me if it was mine or not you were just going so fast and didn’t pay attention”. Like he was waiting for her to mess up. She IMMEDIATELY apologized, didn’t make excuses, asked him how he wanted his, offered to make it again, make it right, and he said it was fine as is. He THEN continued to complain about how it wasn’t fine. She gave it to him for free (she really shouldn’t have. I wanted to slap him. She 1000% did the right thing and had the BEST guest service.) but my point is 1. Please give some positive recognition to the woman working today. She might have been the manager? Grey polo, a little shorter. 2. If you’re a guest reading these reviews DON’T BE THAT GUY. If something is “fine” let it be fine. If it’s not fine just tell them so that they can fix it. Don’t be passive aggressive and make everyone else around you uncomfortable. I promise you, the restaurant would much rather make it right, have you happy and return than make it wrong. No one makes things wrong on purpose. No one goes out of their way to make their day harder by you making them feel small. Grow up, and communicate like an adult.This location is always fast, fresh, clean, and friendly. They stay staffed from what I can tell so that also speaks to environment. Nice job.
Little frustrated. I ordered a regular size chips and queso. It’s chips with shredded cheese on top. And it’s not even melted! If I wanted this, I would have just thrown my own chips on a plate and shredded cheese myself. And it would be way better than what I paid for!
Everything looks "healthy" but when you start counting the calories..not so much. Staff is friendly and helpful. Men's bathroom toilet rocks and not sure why but at lunch time they are ALWAYS cleaning bathroom. Needs to be done at off times.
I LOVE the Nampa Costa Vida!!! They are always so fast and friendly :) . This past Saturday I needed to feed a group of 14 girls last minute and i called them with very little notice and they got it together for us SO QUICK AND even helped me take the food to my car! Literally best service in town! Huge shout out to Lupe and Martha and the rest of the staff for being so great.
Had the wife pick up dinner from the nampa location tonight. Tonight makes the third time they’ve put one tiny piece of meat in the sweet pork Baja bowl. This meat is barely bigger than my fork. When I questioned the size last time they said management keeps telling them to cut back on serving size. I haven’t had this problem at any other locations.
Took our family of 6. Overall not bad. Would give 5 stars but the portions for the Baja bowl were skimpy. the two salads were generous but the bowl was like a kids meal.
Always friendly and fast service. Great tasting food. Wish they had more cheaper meals but eh it's still so good thanks guys.
