Strawberry ice cream cake was a huge hit everyone loved it!
Placed an order online, stopped to pick it up and no one was even out front. Went in and asked for our my order and was met with, "Isn't it in the freezer?". Nope, it was sitting on the printer with 3 other orders. Order throw in a bag with no spoons or napkins.
Stella's only cares about profit and not all the trash they leave around Nampa!
Always loved Cold Stone! Fantastic ice cream (hands down the best in the treasure valley!) and usually fantastic customer service... until yesterday! Had a gift card and went in with some friends. As I got up to the counter, Teddy started making my ice cream... without gloves. While touching my Oreos with his bare hands, Teddy talked about hitting on his coworkers friends, and how some of them were hot, and some of them were incredibly annoying. After asking him to wear gloves, he rolled his eyes and looked away from me. Customer interaction was nonexistent throughout the entire process. The lack of sanitation and a welcoming atmosphere is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
Great employees. Very friendly and even had a couple of trucks, like flipping ice cream into cup. Oh yeah, and the ice cream is delicious!

Excellent little shop. Short staffed but they were steady and polite. And the product was good as usual. One of my favorites.
I understand in today’s world everyone is extremely under staffed. It’s hard on everyone but when you take your children out for ice cream for a fun family experience and all you get are a bunch of disrespectful staff members and one speaking so low that you can’t understand her questions and then snaps at you for not giving her the answer she wanted is a definite no for me. Everyone is having a hard time right now. We are short staffed at my work but you bet I am greeting every customer with a smile and respect. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience here tonight.
Gross. I found a long blonde hair in ice cream. I am brunette so it is not mine. Really makes me question the hygiene standards.
Always have liked Cold Stone. I get that you have new people still learning, but the teachers need to look over their shoulders until they get it. We got the peanut butter cup perfection. We're pretty sure they didn't put enough peanut butter, and the to go carton isn't what I would call 'full' (see photo). I'm not faulting the person doing it, but the supervisors doing the training.
