Usually go here for the fast and efficient drive thru service. Food is usually good as well. But for the first time ever with them, they missed a few items in our order. Two kids meals that had only the five piece chicken nuggets. No fries. I have faith they would have fixed it if we discovered them immediately but it wasn’t until we arrived home that we discovered they were missing. Oh well.
I’ve come to this location three times and I know one things for sure. Every time I expect a large fry, I better expect this and this is what it looks like every time. This is ridiculous. And the kids that work here need to learn a little more customer service rather than flirting with each other while I’m trying to give my order. These are photos from two of the three times. Hadn’t eaten out of either carton in the picture yet. You can see the fries were so low that it didnt or barely goes past the front ridge. The fries are never full waffle fry pieces either. It’s always scraps. All the times I’ve come it was not super busy times at drive thru.
This place is out of this world for customer service. It might be policy, but you can tell these people have fun working their jobs. I hit up the drive-through line, and I had to wait because of some bigger orders ahead of me. No big issue at all, but I was received with an apology for the wait from the drive-through hostess and she gave me a coupon for a free sandwich for the next time we're here. Food was great! We'll be back!
Passing through with my family last night and we ordered online as a huge bus came in. It was insane in there! I walked in and the friendly guy was looking for me with my entire order! Perfect order down to the sauces! They nailed it! They were so friendly also! Thank you for making our first time a good time!
We had the spicy chicken deluxe and really enjoyed it. Nothing bland about it. The service was much faster than expected with the line at the door. These people could teach Disney something about moving a line. Good food and a clean latrine to wash up in makes this a quality family fast food restaurant.
Restaurant was clean and well lit, also well staffed. Young lady at register seemed annoyed at me, when I said I wasn't familiar with the menu, she just stared into the distance. Ordered a chicken sandwich, which came out quickly (under 3 minutes) with the sauce I requested and napkins. Restaurant has a reputation for kind customer service, in this case I did not see that. Sandwich was passable, not great.
I have been a guest/customer of this location since it opened. I have seen many wonderful staff members come and go. The team members are always friendly and welcoming. Other than the occasional forgotten fork or straw :-) the service and food has always been excellent. I highly recommend this location. During the worst of the pandemic, Chick Fil-A became my favorite fast food choice.
The food was just as good as it usually is. However, it took quite a bit longer than usual to get our food and the fries in our meals were missing. Customer service has always been amongst the best compared to other fast food places.
Love Chic fil a usually! We stopped on our way home on a road trip. It was 8:00pm almost empty inside but drive through was fairly busy. They messed up our order I noticed on my receipt and I went back right away. We were in a hurry as we had another 4 hours to drive. It took 25 mins to get our order. I have been to multiple chic fil a way busier with much quicker service. Really disappointed in this location. Probably will not stop here again. If I had done drive through I’m sure I would have been in and out.
Always good food but they also always forget something in the order so make sure you check your order before you leave just in case!
